“Walked into a busy Friday lunch rush and Rose was working the counter. Pleasant, fast, and efficient order for my five family members. She made sure everyone had what we wanted. After the food came out, it was hot and perfect made. We then saw Rose busting tables and cleaning after customers left leaving the dining room spotless. Rose deserves acknowledgment along with whoever else was working their tails off making the lunch rush today awesome. Thank you!“

“The food here is okay, my wife's burrito was not all that warm, and it all tasted good not excellent. However, the two guys working in here were hustling to take orders and get orders out, and it was busy. They still had a sense of humor and really worked hard and fast. The owner should thank these guys, they were fantastic.“

“The worker Hayden gave me GREAT service and onion rings. Imagine this crispy, golden-brown batter that crunches perfectly with every bite, followed by a sweet and tender onion inside. The flavor is so on point, you can't help but go back for more. 10/10 experience.“

“Updated review! As manager did reach out and offered either a refund or 3 new subs.
Ordered a pickup order for 3 meatball subs, arrived on time, and got the sandwiches. Went home to eat and took a bite of the sandwich and the meatballs were frozen cold, sauce cold as well. Even the other 2 toasted subs had cold meatballs and sauce. Called the restaurant, a girl answered, told her what happened, and all she said was she was sorry and then went silent… I said so yeah like what happened why are they cold? She just said I’m sorry and the manager should call you on Monday. I’m guessing they ran out of meatballs in the hot well and grabbed them from the freezer/fridge and either heated them in the microwave for a very small amount of time or just put the on the subs cold as well as the sauce. Had to disassemble each sub and heat them up all over again. Very frustrating, especially when you have a hungry toddler screaming at you. Overall, very unpleasant experience. We’ll see if a manager reaches out…“

“Subway in Albany was clean. The food was typical subway food. I really like the power bowls which means there is no bread and that is fine with me. For some reason I did feel a little rushed when it came to going through the line to select what I wanted in my power bowl so I did miss a few things that I would have liked to include. I don't go to Subway enough to zip through the line and know exactly what I wanted. If course it could have been just me and I really wasn't being rushed. It may haves had to do with the person behind me.“

“Walked in to order a couple subs for my children and I. The young lady I encountered when I walked in was professional and friendly. Other employees, seemed to be teenagers, we're outside smoking or something. She ran the store perfectly on her own. Overwhelmed at the time, busy place, but was still outstanding and did what needed to be done to provide costumers with what they wanted and needed. Only reason I mentioned the other employees is because the back door was open and you could see them. To the young lady working this evening, May 6 of 2022, you deserve a promotion or raise for your outstanding work, attention to detail, customer service, and overall great job under the pressure of multiple customers on your own. Mary Katherine was her name I believe she said when I asked. Cheers to you young lady for doing what needed to be done and setting a very positive and perfect example of what should be expected of costumer service anywhere.“
