Mike and his staff catered my 50th birthday dinner this past weekend! The food was outstanding!! Mike and the crew went above and beyond to take care of all of us! Ayer just one conversation and one meeting before the event, they came in and pulled off this event dinner for 30 flawlessly! Then they continue to host the rest of the evening with 30 more guests with enthusiasm and attentiveness. Hiring Manger for this event was the BEST decision I have ever made for an event!! Thank you Mike and Manger for being so wonderful and making my birthday one I’ll always cherish!!!

I went to see if i could get into Olio without a reservation on a Wednesday night. Totally full. Thankfully next door was Manger with open tables. Great welcome.. Fresh oysters that were great. One of the best Sea Bass medley I’ve ever had, and I like capers.
We’ll be back. Good wine list, even Lambrusco di Sorbara.

Exceptional food with a beautiful warm atmosphere. Our server Jess made everything perfect for our mid week date night. The ambience of the room coupled with the bold fresh flavors make this Place our new hidden gym for us. We had the oyster, Rockefeller, braised, short rib, lobster, Thermidor, and Caesar salad..
The Manger is hands-down one of the best high-end restaurants we’ve been to in the Valley. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I got the chefs counter experience a few weeks ago and enjoyed! It was incredibly unique and we were grateful they let us use cocktail pairings instead of wine pairings! The staff was so friendly and helpful.
My wife and I enjoyed a surprise Tuesday night when we dropped into Manger restaurant. We were delighted to be nicely served by our server, Isa. The dinner was remarkable from the oysters to the very tasty and well presented lamb and sea bass dinners. Our dinnertime left a warm, dear impression on us so as to be anxious to return to taste chef Jack's next culinary creation. We know we will not be disappointed.

Sea Bass was cooked perfectly and the confit carrots were spot on. I am not an oyster man, but my wife loved them. The service staff was well versed on menu items and wine selections. We will definitely be returning.

Manger is the best restaurant we’ve eaten at in the twins cities. We’ve dined at many top restaurants within and outside of mpls/st Paul and this restaurant thoroughly surpassed our expectations. The chef’s counter experience is incredible and it’s so nice to see the chefs talking passionately about their creations. My husband and I talked the whole way home about how amazing everything was, from the food to the wine to the staff. Would 1000% recommend Manger.

Skimpy portions especially mashed potatoes. Come on they are cheap. Won’t be back, too many great places up the road in Stillwater.

It was just okay. I didn’t really think the food was exceptional for the price. We ordered the Rockefeller oyster and it had this weird, stale taste that all 3 of us didn’t like. Also the duck was overly sweet and not well balanced at all. The steak was cook to the right temp but there wasn’t anything exceptional to it and fries were overly salty. I’m just comparing this to other higher end restaurant I had have in the past and I can say this was my least favorite. We also order the scallop, folie gras, pasta, and the steak frites which brought our total to $270 plus we tip 20% on top for good service. I wouldn’t come back because the food was just okay and I expected a lot more for similar place to this price range. Our favorite dish was the folie gras.

Small but delightful restaurant in Bayport, MN. Wonderfully prepared food, very nice cocktails, and an impressive wine selection. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We dine there celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we all had a fantastic time. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I went here for a date night. We got the Chef’s Counter. It was a 5 course meal with dishes that aren’t on the regular menu. Every dish was amazing and the portions were big. We left full! We also did the wine pairings which were great! The chef, Mike, and Sous Chef were so knowledgeable about all of the dishes and wine pairings. They even talked to us about all the dishes and how the wine compliments them. We had a great time and recommend this to everyone. We will definitely be back!!
