The owner, Cynthia, is exceptionally pleasant and highly knowledgeable about her products. She takes the time to understand her clients' needs and preferences. Notably, she is aware of my texture issue and consistently ensures that my shakes have "crunchy ice" so I can enjoy them. In comparison to other establishments in town, her shake selection is extensive and offers numerous tasty options. Additionally, her tea bombs are excellent. Her staff is also remarkable and very knowledgeable. My preferred shake is the PEANUT BUTTER M&M. It is recommended that you acquire a loyalty card and start earning stamps for discounts.

The people who work here are the BEST!! They’re so friendly and the shop is so clean and neat. I definitely recommend the bulldog tea or the chocolate lovers shake bowl !! My favorite Herbalife club for pre and post workout.

A few things factored in to this review:A couple of gals that I absolutely adored left. I might be old fashioned, but the new staff seem to be on their cell phones a lot. The consistency between how each person makes a certain recipe varies a lot. So much so that my last shake was not very good at all. When you pay so much money for a shake, you do want it to taste good. Also, this store has a very large amount of supply issues. I’ve been told frequently separate times over the past few months that different shakes couldn’t be made because of supply issues. This shop is 1 of 3 in Becker, so we will see if the others have the same issues. Maybe it’s a brand problem vs. a shop problem?
