Atmosphere got a five because it was outdoors and it was a beautiful afternoon otherwise I don't get five stars for anything. My friend and I both ordered a special which was some kind of odd bacon cheeseburger type situation on a flatbread. Which I thoroughly enjoyed and actually got kind of full-on. The food was absolutely amazing, it's a quaint and quiet environment with kind, and friendly staff that are easy to connect with, 10/10 Charlie's Bar and Grill is truly a hidden gem! Definitely going to come again!
Kid-friendliness: The staff are super nice, and calm, and have an easy-to-connect-with persona. Theres flexible seating for people of all ages and sizes. 10/10

The only issue I had here was the service was slow. But they were friendly. And the food is pretty delicious. Maybe we came in on an off day. I would still recommend this place though!
