Waste of time having domino's here in Becker. Very poor services and presentation of food. Needs better management and staff training. You're better off driving over to Big Lake at piazza factory or Monticello Domino's instead of wast your money here. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Ordered online didn't get the half off price 3 days later when I questioned why I wasn't given the promotion price all they would do is take half off if I ordered another pizza. They over charged me for the first one but would make it right by giving me a second pizza wich I kinda paid for already. Don't believe domino's will be my choice any more

Pizza is great but every time I order for delivery, I never get my drink. This has happened 6+ times since Dominos opened. It’s frustrating when I already paid for it. Happens far too often.

Food lately has been barely subpar. Lacking in all ingredients. Even the crust is so thin on the hand tossed pizzas of every size, it just rips and falls apart. No sauce, barely any sauce Even when I order extra. Cheese has not been right. Almost like it's dried out or old. I'm having a hard time wanting to continue ordering from this location unless change happens.

Ugh, I don’t like ordering pizza from here because we haven’t had good luck, but wanted to give it another chance. I ordered xtra cheese and literally, there was barely any on each slice. Just disappointing because we had to grate our own cheese to put on it when we got home. We didn’t “need” extra cheese, but We just say extra to make sure there is actually some on there, and when we received it, most of each piece, only had spots where there was cheese. We bought three pizzas and they are all the same. To spend that kind of money on pizza and to get barely any cheese, (which is kind of like the main component of pizza), is frustrating. Spent over $50.00 on sauce, dough, and pepperoni. Lesson learned.

1. Your new call center for ordering is absolutely atrocious on every level. I wish someone would pull the phone call from yesterday and listen to it. Please get rid of the call center as it only wastes time and had I not been so hungry I would have hung up and made other dinner arrangements.
2. The young gentleman who I was eventually connected with at the actual store location was wonderful. He bumped the service rating from one star to 5. He was very kind, understanding and made my ordering process simple and seamless.
3. The atmosphere lost a star as I found it odd for the delivery (supplies) driver to deliver through the front of the store thus forcing customers to ‘get out of the way’ as this area is for order/pick up. While things like this are understood as businesses need supplies, its still an odd business practice.
Thank you again to the young man who helped me order my food yesterday. Because of his understanding and kindness, your establishment did not lose a sale. And I will return for more pizza and wings!
Parking: Delivery (supplies) driver likes to park in front. The oversized truck takes up a ton of space.
I really like dominos but will no longer be able to spend my money here as they do not care for order accuracy. 8 orders in a row with messed up. When I pointed out the last one the guy decided to get smart with me instead of addressing the problem.
Absolutely wonderful. All the staff were so pleasant. You could tell they cared about their work. My order was fresh and hot in no time. Delicious.

We ordered pizza, "special chicken", and cheesy bread for dinner. It was the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten in my life. It was completely over-cooked and tasteless (the kids wouldn't even eat it). The "special chicken" had nothing but burnt cheese on it. I don't know how this Domino's racked up so many good reviews, but save your time and money. A frozen Jack's pizza is ten times better. Will NOT be buying from this location again. Don't bother sending the same mindless auto-response with a discount code that you can already utilize on the app.
