Stayed in belle Plaine for a few days for work. Stayed at the hotel in the parking lot of Ruby’s. Walked in every night Close to closing time and they served us every time. Food was amazing, reasonable priced and the staff was very friendly and welcoming and let us eat even after they closed without feeling rushed. Highly recommend and will be back if I ever visit again!
I’ve been there 2 times for lunch. Both times not busy at all. Service has been good. I love the chilaquiles both times. I would say get it without the protein upgrade. They are one of few places that can actually make it and make it good. This time a friend got omelette and said it was extremely good. My wife got a salad and it looked great and everything was very good. Had a lot of other friends go here and say everything has been good. The menu is pretty diverse...

I had bad experience at Ruby family in Belle Plaine.
I went to the Ruby family in Shakopee they are so nice, they have good food there and they have.really good customer service. When they open one in Belle Plaine I was so excited but the manager had really bad customer service.
When I ask her what your name is she doesn’t answer me but I find out in Shakopee her name is Nikki.
