The last few times I have come to this location(inside and drive thru) the wait is over 20 mins for 1-2 burger meals. We were told it was going to be a 20 minute wait just for 2 ice creams. It has been dirty. The drive thru has tons of pot holes. I sat at the drive thru window and watched a girl just stand there as we just waited 10-15 mins for our ice cream. Maybe it wasn’t her job, but to me she should have been doing some type of work. Too much standing around while there is long waits. It makes me almost not want to even come to this location in Bemidji.

Guy bringing food outside to the drive through couldn't find the right car to save his life. It took 20 mins of sitting in the drive through to get our food and it was not hot when we got it :(.

Asked for chile and a drink. They were out of chile so I ordered a 2 piece chicken strip basket. The kid rings up just the chicken no basket. I refuse to correct stupidity so I pay $5.06. When I get my food its 1.5 chicken strip. You would think the cook would have thrown that chuck away or given it as an extra as it was not full. I frequent culvers at least once a week. This culvers was not close to normal.

I've only been here a few times since they opened the bemidji location and I only had my order jacked up one time and I live half hour away so when I got home realized the mistake I called and the supervisor or manager Sophie was absolutely hands down the sweetest woman ive ever had to deal with especially considering the situation usually its not the best but I honestly can say Culvers has thee best customer service and understanding I've ever encountered. If you ever see this, THANK YOU SOPHIE and happy holidays!
