35 minute wait in the drive thru just to not get my entire order 👎 It’s been like this my past few times here. This place needs to step it up.

Stopped in for takeout lunch as my big truck can’t do drive-thru. Even though they were very busy, the team was friendly and amicably working together, the orders were coming out quickly and the store was clean and stocked. My food was hot,fresh and prepared exactly as I had ordered. I will definitely stop here again soon!

Went through the drive thru, they forgot over half my order. I ordered three meals and only received one. When I went inside to tell them, they got an attitude about it but they gave me two of my burgers and one fry. After I said I still needed another fry I was yelled at and told to leave the store. They must've thought I was lying about it or something but the manager looked in my bag so idk why I was yelled at like that smh I wasn't angry and yelling or anything I just wanted my food that I paid for. How do you forget two whole meals. I called them, they hung up on me, I called again and was told I could come back and get my fries but atp I didn't want them. The people up front were rude as hell but the lady doing drive thru was nice. Mfs acting like it's hard to put fries in a bag.

I didn’t receive all food items and always have a terribly long wait time for food.
I’ve been a mini Culver’s and had fantastic food and Service this place is horrible. Do not recommend stopping here. I came to eat and waited. 20 minutes in line. Don only had one server counter in battle with another customer. Went to the drive-through waited another 20 minutes to finally get food and it was all cold

Waited for 25 minutes after ordering our food before we received it. Then my companion didn't get his until I was done with my meal for 5 minutes. When he said something to the manager all she said was "well, everyone is waiting!" Then rolled her eyes and walked away. We will never return.

Had a burger and a malt. Malt just didn’t do it for me, compared to Wendy’s, it tasted like syrup. The burger, and im talking about the patty alone was the thinnest burger I’ve ever seen. I won’t be coming back.
