I’ve been a mini Culver’s and had fantastic food and Service this place is horrible. Do not recommend stopping here. I came to eat and waited. 20 minutes in line. Don only had one server counter in battle with another customer. Went to the drive-through waited another 20 minutes to finally get food and it was all cold

Waited for 25 minutes after ordering our food before we received it. Then my companion didn't get his until I was done with my meal for 5 minutes. When he said something to the manager all she said was "well, everyone is waiting!" Then rolled her eyes and walked away. We will never return.

Had a burger and a malt. Malt just didn’t do it for me, compared to Wendy’s, it tasted like syrup. The burger, and im talking about the patty alone was the thinnest burger I’ve ever seen. I won’t be coming back.

Go to Culver’s a lot and always good experiences. Never been to bemidji location until today 11/22/24 got there and placed my order around 3:40 and didn’t get my order till about 4:05. Lot of younger employees standing around chatting.

Not clean there was soda and ketchup spilled. Tables not wiped down.
The food is usually good, except for the occasional cold fries. But the cleanliness of the place is gross. The area by the soda machine is always messy and the floor is always sticky. The soda taste is always unbalanced and not worth drinking. But the staff is always friendly when we walk through the door.

They rarely get the order right unless you order one meal they’re very slow Employees that are off come in go behind the counter and order in front of everyone and use the Culver’s card for free food

Went in specifically for the flavor of the day. Wouldn’t have wasted my time or money had I known that they were skimping on it. It’s mint explosion today which is supposed to have Oreos, Andes pieces, and chocolate pieces. The one I received was just the chocolate pieces and that’s it. So just mint chocolate chip which I could’ve gotten at the grocery store for a lot cheaper.

2nd time in a month I got the correct bag through the drive thru only to find out I didn't get what I ordered. Not only did I not get my order the person in front of me and behind me also got the wrong order. Do Better....
