I was blown away with the grilled fish, shrimp, and rice. Fish is not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Perkins but it was delicious. The service was a little off. Our orders were all mixed up and a lot of things were missing.
The food tasted fine, But you don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like! Filthy!! The nastiest kitchen I’ve seen in my 18+ years of Food Service. Night shift Cooks smoking in kitchen & just careless of any professionalism. The service however from the waitresses were phenomenal and most likely carry most of the stress with this restaurant. Atmosphere was clean and when dirty was attended to as quick and promptly as possible by the waitress as well.
