Soup in Bemidji

“My wife and I were super excited about trying this sub shop. We waited at the register for about 10 minutes - no one greeted us or even looked our way to take our order. There was only one other person in the shop and the employees and manager (or owner?) were behind the counter. It seemed they were more concerned with a catering order that was due later that day. We ended up just walking out…I’m also a business owner, so I decided to NOT put a 1-Star review on their Google Page.“

“We were in town for a double header baseball game and had our team call in their individual orders. We were prepared for it to be chaotic, over twenty families called in, but it was perfectly organized and bagged for us when we arrived with NO ERRORS! The coach even said it was “the best Erbs and Gerbs he’s ever had”. A mom said, “it tasted like they made it seconds ago!”. They can certainly handle large orders and if you’re in town-let them take card of you!“
