The Big Fish Supper Club and Resort is an iconic roadside attraction featured in a famous movie. Their ribs are amazing and the walleye dinner and flat iron steak with shrimp are excellent choices, both served with two sides. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, providing excellent service and a clean interior. Whether you're a local or driving from afar, this place is definitely worth the visit.
The restaurant is a very hopping Friday night spot. Customers can sit at the bar to be seated quickly. The prime rib, which is the Friday special, often sells out by the time customers arrive at 7 pm (the restaurant opens at 5 pm). The walleye is a good choice, though it could use a bit more salt or seasoning for some customers' tastes. The salad bar is a nice offering, though it could be elevated with more variety.
The cabins at the resort are very clean and comfortable, allowing guests to get their best sleep. The food at the supper club is outstanding, and the resort is definitely recommended.
