“Roast beef and cheddar Sam-ich was great as usual, my boy friend ordered that, i ordered the fish sandwich because it was Lent. Second time ever ordering a fish Sam-ich from Arby's.....I will never ever EVER order one again. First time they put more tarter sauce on the bun then there was fish, disgusting! Second time it was soggy, a TON of tarter sauce again and the actual fish was so thin, the batter was way thicker than the fish itself. My warning to you all, DON'T EVER ORDER THE FISH SAM-ICH!!BUT the employees were nice, restaurant was clean, and my boyfriend beef/cheddar was good. I will be going back but not for a fish sam-ich“

“I was having a ugh evening.summer left and it's cold...rainy..just..ugh...
Then the attitude of such an uplifting woman as she greeted me in the drive thru,fully turned around my night,,unexpected,needed appreciated...then I was smiling n happy and drove to wrong window and messed up there order and Tyler ,who had to deal with my mix up...still was helpful and kind ..and I wish I could remember her name so much cuz she then got me my food with an uplifting kind smile and genuine kind good intent...
And ..the food was of course,,perfect...
