Arby's in Mankato

“I don't leave a lot of reviews but this Arby's had some of the best service I have ever experienced at a busy fast food restaurant. On my way in there was a young worker holding the door for an elderly couple struggling to step up onto the curb and through the door. When I came in they were clearly busy with the dinner rush but the manger took the time to learn my name. On my way out I was just slipping out the door and one of the workers noticed and said have a nice day from across the restaurant. It was genuinely a great experience and they clearly care about about giving that experience. Highly recommend this Arby's.“

“Arby's can be hit or miss depending on the day and the people working most the time. It's a hit but wanted to miss it makes you want to stay away for a while. It's time to take those bells down or at least keep them away from young kids...“
