Sign says closes at 9 but when I got there around 8 they've closed. Don't trust the time on Google, call ahead.

It said open on the Google map, but when we arrived at the place it close. There are costumer drove for like hours to came here to eat but it close when they said it open on the Google map.

Great food and the staff/owners are super friendly. The restaurant is clean and nice athmosphere.

Recommended dishes: House Special Pho, Sesame Chicken

Ordered ribeye pho, egg rolls, squid and snails. -Ribeye pho was just hard round eye cuts that were boiled before the broth was put in. This usually indicates old meat. Basil, bean sprouts, and lime that came with the pho was covered in plastic that looked like it was from over night and taken straight from the fridge to the table.
-Egg rolls was alright but sauce is not good
-Squid dish has some hard parts that was tougher than rubber and was not edible.
-Snails were small and portion was small enough to fit in one hand. That was $18.

Not to mention the service was non-existent with only one other small party of 3. It’s almost like this place doesn’t care for their food and this restaurant is just a front for an illegal business. This is my first and last time there.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST fried rice I’ve ever tasted in my life! It was dry and fishy! 🤮🤮🤮

Many serious issues with this restaurant that I feel others should be aware of:
1. Misleading Menu – The restaurant still lists Lẩu Mắm (fermented fish hot pot) both online and in the physical menu, but when we tried to order it, the waitress said they haven’t served it “in a very long time.” No effort has been made to update the menu. My guess is they use this as a lure tactic since most Viet restaurants do not carry it.
2. Billing Issues – We ordered snails that were added to our tab, only to be told afterward they were out of stock. They never removed the item from our bill, and I was not given a receipt after to confirm the final charges. I later calculated my items and confirmed I was overcharged with worker over the phone.
3. Food Quality – The escargot we did receive were mostly bad—about half were clearly not fresh, with a strong sewer-like smell. They were inedible.
4. Unprofessional Response – When I called to address the billing error, the staff promised to call their vendor the next day. When I asked to be notified of the resolution, the response I received was, and I quote: “Seem like you think we are gonna close and run away with $16. I will let you know when I call them.”
This level of sarcasm and lack of professionalism was shocking.

Additional note: Restaurant was near empty minus my family and another couple people. If you do choose to come here, don’t bother making a reservation. Not sure why they even have that as an option online when they do not get enough foot traffic for that.

Bottom line: Between the outdated menu, incorrect billing, poor food quality, and unprofessional service, I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
