One of the best walleye dinners from a restaurant I've ever had.
From scratch yummy food and great service. The coffee is very good! We had breakfast.

I love carols. This is me and my boyfriends spot! We do date night here. It's very cozy and it feels like gram gram is making your dinner.
The turkey and meatloaf dinners are my go to when I'm here. There such solid large meals that you can really taste the love in.
The live music is nice but sometimes it's a bit loud.
And this is definitely a old person hot spot with the nick-nack store attached but don't let that push you away. The foods really good.

Do I really need to leave another 1 star review before people realize how terrible this place is? Just skim the other 1 low star reviews and you will understand the risks you're taking regarding service, food quality and originality. I personally would go to a breakfast fast food chain before coming here just for consistency reasons. DO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR WAY LIKE IDID TO COME HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

The first visit we had for a Saturday dinner was a great experience - food was great and the service was the best we had in a long time. Our second visit on a Friday for dinner was disappointing. Service was very subpar - slow and only checked on us once. The hostess was not welcoming - kind of set a sour tone of the night. The food was just ok.

Great restaurant and food. And always enjoy the boutique next door.

We've gotten 3 of the take and bake meals now and they're fabulous! The only thing I'd say is that I wish the rolls weren't so hard but, that could be more of a preference thing.

The 5 stars say it all. I will say that we came at 12:45 as the lunch crowd was leaving or we would never have found parking! But it's worth eating later!!

Their Take and bake meals are great. The two size options are just the right size. Great options for us hot dish lovers or just good comfort food.

Carol's is for when you don't know what you want to eat but you want good food. The menu covers most food itches you may have. Coupled with wine, beer, baked goods and killer desserts. Don't the gift shop. Great food, staff gourmet coffee.

6.8/10. In short it's a nice little diner with greater servers and fast service.
The sausage were my favorite of what we got. The pancakes were soft and fluffy. I prefer it more on the firm and crispy side but these were solid. The French toast could have been more crispy as well to my liking. The homemade jam was great.
Cute restaurant to eat at, especially in this area.

I had heard great things about Carol's, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. I had the eggs benedict, and it was perfectly cooked. It’s a great spot for a relaxed brunch with friends or family. Will definitely be back soon!
