Not going to the Northtown location anymore. Quality has completely tanked. Rice is generally 1/2 cooked. My last order was half empty, I felt like I needed another bowl after the first one. I'm glad it was ready early, but I'd be much happier if the portions were cooked and a reasonable amount. I used to get a salad for their great salad dressing. Last couple of times I tried that, they didn't have it.

The food was horrible, the rice was extremely hard and there were ingredients missing from my order. When you call there is an automated system/Chabot so you're not able to reach actual store members about your concerns.

I highly recommend that you do not eat here, the prices are outrageous, the portions have been greatly reduced and there is no flavor whatsoever in any of their meals. I tried to order salsa and chips and the young lady working just could not understand what I was saying and I did not get what I ordered at all. (I ended up getting the Steak bowl and it was not good at all) And the restaurant was an absolute mess, boxes, supplies were scattered all around the restaurant.... Service was horrible. This was the first time we had dined at Chipotle in about 8 years and we will never return EVER AGAIN!

This place has really gone down hill the last couple of years. I Ordered a bowl. Rice was flavorless, portions are always excessively small and dining area is dirty and messy. They never have silverware, napkins or straws. Also their supplies are in the dining area and that just looks tacky. Staff are friendly and nice. But overall it’s not worth coming to this location.

Consistently terrible. Lazy/unhelpful staff, they can never get an app order correct, and - cherry on top - restaurant supplies stacked in the dining
The rice was excessively mushy, reaching a point where it was inedible. Everything, including the chicken, was watered down, I had to throw away the entire bowl. Without a doubt, I won't be taking my chances with this location again.
They petty pinching on the rice and talking about it’s an extra $1 for extra rice, talk about price gouging. They were also out of black beans and it was only 6pm smh
