The workers that have been there for a while are great. Everything is smooth and goes well. The only problem at this location would be new hires. I have spent too much money at this point on items I never receive. Example, I have paid for queso and/or chips and many times never received it. I would say the new hires at the register are the only reason this is not 5 stars. I might as well start donating money at this point.
The place was clean and my burrito tasted great. Big shoutout to Juan for great customer service!
Everytime i come here everybody working stands around doing nothing for several minutes before they decide to help the line. never a hello. customer service is a dying practice.
