I placed an order through Door Dash for lunch delivery. Was quoted 18-20 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the store and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver that day, and that they were too busy to call and let people who had placed orders know. They said they “voided” my order. However, my credit card was still charged $30 for two sandwiches and two bags of chips I have called several times - not once have I been able to speak to a manager, or received a call...read full review
15 minutes late on delivery. Skimpy on the fixings. Disappointed lunch.
Sandwich maker was pretty skimpy with the fixings, as in we barely got any on either of our sandwiches. And when asked to have extra mayo on one, was told pretty shortly that the particular sandwich didn't have mayo as an option. Hopefully someone was just having a bad day...
