I went here for a sandwich Jan 2024 - club lulu and got home I looked inside and there was no cheese or guacamole. I called the restaurant and reported it. The person said they'd have the manager call me. I never got a call about it. About 2 months later I called back thinking they had never reached out to me. Told the worker about my experience. It wasn't a cheap sandwich. He said he didn't know what happened. So got no satisfaction and will not be going back.

This generic bot response from"owner" is so insulting!I was so excited that the caprese sub was back. I ordered the giant one! I was craving it! I was so disappointed went I got home and sat down to eat my sub and it was swimming in balsamic! I mean I could actually tip the sandwich and balsamic was just running off it! I ordered via app and there is no way to communicate or give any feedback on the app at all. The balsamic totally overpowered the flavors of the sandwich. I don't understand I thought that there was recipes so that there would be consistency between all the stores.

One of the absolute worst experiences eating out recently... Ordered 3 regular Italian Nightclub sandwiches and asked if I could substitute Turkey for Ham on all of them, and they said yes, but charged me $2.00 extra per sandwich for the turkey even though they did not put Ham on them. You know who doesn't do that? Jersey Mike's, which is really close to this JJ. I suggest all of you go there before you get ripped off here. I can't believe I decided not to go to Jersey Mike's. That will never happen again. Jersey Mike's forever. When ordering, one of the 2 rude employees asked if I minded that there wasn't lettuce on one of the sanwiches because they were out of lettuce at 7:45 pm on a Saturday and I said yes I mind... Kinda ruins the sandwich, and especially after what I paid. I got light lettuce. After that, rude employee #2 finished making my sandwiches, put em on the counter and said "bags are right there". I bagged my own meal. Had to reach over the counter to get a bag as well. This is what happens when you leave children to run a business:) Jersey Mike's Baby!!!Also, whoever is replying as the owner of this business needs to come up with a better reply for unhappy customers because this place is A**:)

It's ok. Bread was hard, the sandwich just didn't taste fresh. The meats need to cut fresh in order for them to compete with their competitors.

This place is horrible, absolutely horrible. I asked for no sauces just ham, tomato's, and lettuce on my sandwich. How stupid can one be by messing that VERY SIMPLE order. While they were making my sandwich I was on my phone waiting. At some point my sandwich was finished and I was happy. As I opened it at home and took a big bite I had to IMMEDIATELY spit it out. It had Mayo on it. I am allergic and was shocked to see it in there. They also forgot my tomato's. The workers did not seem like they were fully there. I would not recommend this place.

The front person taking orders was actually rude as hell. I’ve only been to jimmy johns once before in my life so I was asking questions and he was talking to me like I was dumb also it’s not like there always anyone behind me but he was acting like I was in inconveniencing

Literally the worst. Waited an hour and a half and then they finally call me saying they didn’t have a driver. The worst thing besides the hastily thrown together sandwich was the lack of customer service. There was one other customer in the building so I don’t understand the lack of communication I also Never got an apology once either. I’d highly recommend not going to this location to save yourself from this experience I had. Go to any of the other locations for proper service.

Called in an order for delivery sandwich and soda. Was told it would be to me in 15min, nothing came half hour later called asked where it was got told driver was on the way with that being said I was 1.4 miles away from the store. 45 mins go by still nothing 1 hour in now, I call again ask to speak with a manager like what’s going on was told 15 min he say we are busy it will be there soon, sorry that answer is not going to work any more, how about you comp the sandwich or pop at least for the inconvenience, he goes no it’s full price like he didn’t even care. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS LOCATION!! Driver showed up 1 hour and 10 minutes after I place the order! I did not accept the food!

Arrived at the store at 8:47PM on a Sunday evening. I know the store closed at 9PM on Sundays, so I thought I could get a quick sandwich for 1 person. After turning my car off, 1 of the employees ran to the door to lock it 13 minutes early before store hours were closed. Then laughed it off with the other 2 employees. Pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t have minded too much, but then to laugh it off between the 3 of them was pretty rude.
