About Jimmy John's

Jimmy John's provides good service and food, with workers answering phones promptly and making timely deliveries. The restaurant also offers party platters, which are convenient for groups such as hockey teams or gatherings. Some customers have experienced issues with forgotten items, and occasionally, store credit is not always honored. Sandwiches can vary in quality, with some receiving items not exactly as described. Recently, there was an incident where extra charge for cheese on a JJBLT caused some dissatisfaction, and a staff member was disrespectful. However, many customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, especially from staff members who help efficiently at the service line. Despite minor issues, Jimmy John's continues to have a loyal customer base and remains a good option with a wide selection of sandwich choices.
