THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE. I ordered a kids meal for 5.99 plus tax. They took my Apple Pay and it went through… they said it didn’t “because the machine didn’t print a receipt “ and had ME CHECK MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT if it went through!!!! Then proceeded to have me try to pay 3 more times. They said “sorry our machine isn’t working” and wouldn’t let me get my food. 4 hours later I was charged for it.
It’s not about the 6$ it’s about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We came in tonight and had a terrible experience other than the manager who gave us our correct item that we had to drive another 40 mins round trip to receive.The customer service was terrible and there was a girl who was super snobby and not accommodating at all and couldn’t even look at us or anything when we came back in cause she knew they gave us old stale chicken that had been sitting out a long time along with old and stale fries that were trash. I got 5 cheese curds in an order as a side which was pathetic honestly; and our queso was watery and unappealing. We also received famous bowls instead of our Mac and cheese bowls which is the only thing we did receive that they made correct for us when we came back cause we asked if we let them remake everything if it’d be fresh and got the response of “well we will make it with what we have now” which was the problem in the first place cause it was all trash. Now we have to make a corporate complaint to even receive a refund and wasted an hour and 20 minutes of gas for two round trips there and back just because we decided to go this location since ours was closed. We will not ever be back I hope this location is shut down.

I normally use drive through tonight the girl at the window showed great service she seemed to like her job and was super friendly. I asked to speak to manager to let him know how pleased I was with the service everytime I go there. Keep up the good work.

Stopped to try out the return of the honey bbq chicken... got the honey bbq hot wings.... first the wings are NOT the original hot wings they are atomically hotter than the original and not a pleasant experience. Complete swing and a miss KFC.

This is the first time we ordered chicken pot pie. It had the crust, lots of chicken and the gravy. It had one pea and one small piece of some other vegetable.
The locatioms around Blaine, especially this one never participates in the deals. NEVER, including the Tmobile Tuesday deals, the $10 dark meat 8 piece chicken only deal, etc. I went in to ask about it "oh yes, we not participate" -.- is there any deal you DO Partocipate in, I'm already rarely coming here bc of all the issues between the app and staff...this makes me even less likely to come out. When I WAS coming out, it was like twice a week, opening 15-20 each time. I know $160 a month at the store is nothing to the company but if several people stop coming bc of this stupidity, I pay regular price typically but when a deal is available, I would love to do it! But not being allowed to, ridiculous. Spend my money at another chicken place.
