I was greeted the moment I walked in. He was very friendly and let me sample the drinks to decide which one I wanted! I got the strawberry and it was amazing! I ordered the birria tacos and they were out of this world amazing! Definitely going back to try some more of the menu!

I saw signs for tacos in parking entrance to DollarTree. I was hungry, and it looked interesting. The Popsicles on the building sign confused me... but I thought I would check it out.
Very bright, cheery environment that did not necessarily look like an authentic mexican cuisine vibe.
The staff was very helpful with explaining the menu and made any substitution I requested. My burrito bowl was huge and very tasty. It was very fresh. I only wish I had time to stay for ice cream or one of dozens of special Popsicles they had on display in the freezer case. I hope to go back. I think it would be a great family place and hit with the grandkids.

We just left and can't wait to go back! We had ice cream, a horchata popsicle, and a cantaloupe popsicle. They were all super tasty and loved having the cha ce to try new things. The manager even made us a chicken quesadilla to try and it was absolutely delicious. In addition to the food being amazing, the ambiance is incredibly fun and cheery. I highly recommend trying this place.

Walk don’t run, so good, kid friendly, authentic Mexican food and drink, delicious creamy ice cream, so.many.popsicles.

Met the owner while we were there, was extremely friendly and gave us samples of almost everything to help us decide.

We had:
- Birra tacos 5/5
- chicken quesadilla (couldn’t get a pic before my daughter dug in!) 5/5
- refried beans - 4/5 - they were a bit runny for my taste, but my husband loved them
- rice - 5/5
- agua fresa (strawberry water) 4/5 (a little thick for me, but it’s made with real fruit!)
- grandmas chocolate ice cream 5/5 - essentially chocolate ice cream with other spices like cinnamon
- Oreo ice cream 5/5

We will be back!!!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, uniquely and vibrantly decorated, my daughter was amazed!

I recently did takeout from La Michoacana Popsicle World, the new spot in Blaine, MN, known for its Mexican treats. But beyond popsicles, their savory menu is definitely worth exploring.

I ordered the Carne Asada, chicken tacos, and Birria de Res, along with a horchata that was hands down the creamiest and most delicious I’ve ever had. Seriously, if you’re a horchata fan, this one’s a must-try.

The Carne Asada was tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned. The chicken tacos were packed with fresh ingredients and had a nice balance of flavor and texture. The Birria de Res was rich and savory, with the beef cooked to perfection.

La Michoacana Popsicle World isn’t just about sweet treats—it’s a great spot for authentic Mexican food. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

I recently visited La Michoacana Popsicle World, and while the atmosphere was cute, the overall experience was disappointing. My friend and I ordered tacos, and although the flavor was decent, the meat seemed to be not fresh, possibly preheated from a previous day. It left us feeling uneasy.

We also tried some of their popsicles, and unfortunately, the quality was nowhere near the standards of other La Michoacana locations in town. The popsicles started to melt and deform almost immediately after leaving the store, and by the time we got home (just a 3-minute drive), they were a mess.

The service was just okay. The staff didn’t speak English, which made it challenging to order, and the menu was very confusing to navigate. Overall, not the best experience, especially considering how much I enjoy other La Michoacana locations.

We saw the “Taco” banners on the roads outside of the restaurant, so decided to follow them and check it out. Teh restaurant is a little of the beaten path, but SO SO worth it!! I loved the decorations, so bright and cheerful. The Chicken Torta and Birria Tacos we had were amazing. Probably the best tasting and authentic Mexican food we have had in Minnesota! We ended our experience with a popsicle. So many to choose from. Everything was Very flavorful and fresh! The staff is kind, helpful and informative. Definitely recommend this place to anybody & I will be back!

Awesome atmosphere, clean, bright and the decorations are so fun, cool photo opportunities! The food is equally amazing. We had some pork carnita, pozole, pork tamales, burria tacos, elote, and carne asada!! It is all authentic and now our go to spot. Everything was fresh. The tamales were so moist, honestly the best I have ever had. Sorry mom. I love the salsas they are perfectly flavored. The burria tacos are also delicious. Reminds us of home cooked meals from grandma's kitchen.

Kid-friendliness: I brought the baby in a stroller and did not feel like it was in the way.
