The management here is completely laughable. I ordered from Doordash for pickup and this location gave my order away to a "dasher"--not even verifying the order on the person's phone first. When I went to pick up my order, they never ever even said sorry for their mistake and refused to remake the order. These 18-year-olds, who were apparently MANAGEMENT, have absolutely no skills in customer service. Instead, when expressing our frustrations regarding their refusal to remake the order, they accused my husband of being a "Karen" and threatened to call the cops because he was vocal with his mistreatment.This next generation of children are socially worthless, have no empathy for others, and lack any sense of respect for others. If this "manager" would have been pleasant and apologized for his mistake, this could have all turned out differently. Instead, he retreated to name-calling slurs. I will never, ever buy food from this location again and hope others read about this blatant disregard for others.Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"?

I agree: WORST Panera ever!!!! I just sat in the drive up for 15 minutes for a simple Pick 2 sandwich and soup!! Watched through the window as staff stood around clueless touching their face and hair with their "sanitary gloves" and others running in circles with no organizaruin! I was the only one in the drive thru - 3:30 in the afternoon! 4 other cars in the parking lot. To go order- no napkins!! at least this time they remembered the straw for the drink. No wonder there is always two long lines right next door for Canes and NOT at this Panera! By the Tim my food was finally done, they couldn't remember the bam on the order!

I had to give this a one star. My veggie sandwich smelled and tasted like fish. I looked it up and this is what it said on a NUMBER of sites...The Foodsguy recommends tossing your 'shrooms in the garbage as soon as you detect a hint of fish: This smell is caused by an overwhelming amount of BAD BACTERIA. I tossed the sandwich. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

We did two mobile pickup orders totaling 4 sandwiches. The atmosphere inside was chill and the workers were cool, they simply put our order up on the counter, no fuss.I ordered a "Lucky 7" sandwich and it was really neatly made, delicious, and exactly as specified, and that seemed like the consensus of our other ones too. I recommend!

I work very close so I come and get lunch once a week. It’s my comfort food, I get it for lunch on my hardest days of work to get me through my day. All employees have always been nothing but delightful and such a joy. I love the perks program as well, it’s nice to get free treats once in a while.

The sandwich was good. They ran out of Dr. Pepper. I asked them to change it out. 10 minutes later, still no action... 30 minutes after a 3rd request, It was finally done. Plenty of staff, not busy, I shake my head.

I it would be nice to eat lunch on the patio since it's like the warmest day it's been yet. As I get out of my car and I go to light a smoke up I light it up and I sit down and right away some guy comes just yelling at me that I need to put my cigarette out. I said excuse me you need to relax you can't be coming out here just yelling at people there's not a sign that says that there's no smoking allowed this person totally that work there ruined my day ruined my lunch was going to order food and absolutely will not ever ever eat here. Whoever this person is I can see that they have many other reviews about them extremely rude person this person needs to lose his job or take a customer service skills course or something of that nature but he looks burnt out and like it's time to find a new job because his attitude is unacceptable.
