I walked into this Subway immediately to be greeted with a sigh from an employee named Aldine - I was by myself only ordering 2 footlongs, 5 hours before close. I was asking questions about the new metal hood they have above their meat/cheese section and was answered in an annoyed manner. I was also respectfully calling the employee "sir" before being told it made him (Aldine) feel "so old." I come from a military family; I shouldn't be corrected for being polite and addressing someone nicely. To my surprise, he asked me my age. When I answered, he noted that we didn't have much of an age gap and that I definitely shouldn't be calling him that. Aren't I the customer? I shouldn't be talked down to for being polite to the EMPLOYEE!! The EMPLOYEE!!! I'm the customer who is supplying him with the job. Nontheless, I apologized and told him it was not my intention to be rude. He then pushed my food towards me and walked behind the wall after pointing me where to pay. I'm NEVER coming back here. I work hard for my money unlike some people. It would be a waste to use it here. You can keep your damn snowflake employee. I'm going somewhere else for subs.

We ordered online at 7:15 pm to pick up at 8. When we arrived just before 8 the store was locked and completely dark and closed. Except they show on the Subway website and on the door that they close at 9 PM.So not only do we not have our food but our card has been charged for it. This is not the first time this store has stut down before the posted hours but it’s the last time we’ll be coming here after doing a chargeback.

This store is a wild train wreck some days it’s extremely clean with very friendly staff and other days the store isn’t even open. Others there is a single staff member struggling to server everyoneThe food is decent It’s a subway man. Like it’s fine but it’s not amazing. I think for your money you’re better to walk next door or go somewhere else.Vegetarian options: There are good vegetarian options. The employees are very willing to do whatever they can to help with whatever they canDietary restrictions: The employees with work with you to make whatever sandwich you want so you should be able to stay exactly on ur dietParking: Parking is usually fine, there is a popular Mexican restaurant next door so during the peak hours of lunch I’ve had to park a little bit away but nothing badKid-friendliness: The store plays a weird range of music but I have heard it swear. But the employees are more than patient with kids and will make silly faces with themWheelchair accessibility: The store is flat and open so wheelchair accessibly should be fine. But there are two sets of doors at the entrance that may be difficult to open

Used the mobile app to order 2 footlongs at 7:49 pm, app said pick up should be ready by 8:05. Arrived by 8:08 and order was ready for pick up already. Looked mildy busy, so I was actually surprised there was no waiting. Overall was very satisfied with the order.

It's very rare to have good customer service nowadays, so i like to leave reviews when it is good. There was one guy working (nathan i believe) and he was quick, he remembered everything and just had a good attitude. It always makes my day when people aren't rude and miserable at work.

Came in right at dinner time tonight, in the midst of a mad rush of people this employee was the ONLY one working for the evening, she kept her cool and made everyone’s sandwiches great! She deserves a raise or a bonus for how well she did under pressure and totally by herself!

the lady didn’t even greet me and my friend and when i asked for my sandwich warmed up she only warmed up the bacon and so my sandwich was cold and then she didn’t even bag me or my friends sandwich’s or give us napkins i had to ask for a bag overall a horrible experience

The little humans working tonight were especially rude and inconsiderate. Spent more time entertaining their friends and allowing them to cut in front of me while taking their sweet time during the process. A what should havr been quick visit was excruciating as it lasted double the normal visit.

Ordered on the app. Was told it was ready at the time it was supposed to be. Wife arrived to the store shortly after only to find out they hadn’t even started it. Had to wait in line to ask them about the order, then they started it. I get it, you are busy and probably under staffed but don’t tell me it’s done and ready when it’s not.
