Could have been wrong place wrong time..... I went through the drive thru...all I needed was a drink. Perhaps the 3 cars ahead each had 20 people in them and all ordering party packs....but once you're in this line...there is no place to bail! I was stuck and waited in line for at least 20 minutes. And that is NO exaggeration.

Whoever made the Crunchwrap and 12 pack of Cinnabons around 10:30pm on March 16 2024 deserves a fricken raise.This location is always solid enough but this is the best god damn Taco Bell I’ve had in YEARS.

Customer service is on point, really exceptional and my order is always correct, comes out fast every time, unless they’re busy which is understandable.
Every time I go to this location something gets messed up. My friend didn’t receive something she placed in her order. And when we went back the guy just said “okay” and nothing else. They did give it to us, but my order was also wrong and we didn’t realize until we got home. Throughly dissatisfied and disappointed.

At the drive thru, “Boonsheeka”always got an attitude and fails to give a friendly “how are you” before taking your order like most Taco Bell employees. If you hate your job then much then quit. Line is ALWAYS long which is another indicator of poor service & mgmt. It’s called “fast food” for a reason.

It's one of the top Taco Bells in the Blaine area. Order is always accurate and prepared how requested and food is always good.The manager Terri is absolutely rude!! I visit very frequently, one of my favorite fast foods and this location is local to me. That being said, every SINGLE TIME Terri is working she is rude to customers and employees. Currently here and I hear her from dining scolding and yelling at employees, who'd wanna work under her thumb?6-9months ago I was here for lunch, got a cup for water as I don't usually drink soft drinks ever. Water comes out of the same dispenser as the strawberry lemonade which has a deep red syrup.... filled my water up and it had a small tinge of pink in it due to the residual syrup from the shared dispenser, it was clearly only water that had been tainted... Terri yelled at me across the restaraunt that I need to pay for the drink, I looked at her dumbfounded and she yells that I'm paying for a drink "next time". I explain that residual syrup mixed into my water and she just walks away. What manager yells at a customer across the restaraunt and creates a scene and humility? Especially when it clearly was no soft drink other than water?You always know it's her in the drive thru, very brute and rude which whatever I don't need you to be joyful like Santa Claus but you'd think a business would want a face of their business to leave people feeling happy with their service.Everyone else employed at this location is absolutely polite, happy, and wonderful.... except Terri.Someone needs to get her out of the customers eye or have customer service training with her.... she's consistently in a scowled mood with anyone that encounters her, Including the employees.All that beside, the food is great here almost always.
Just wanted to say that I purposely go out of my way to this specific location than the University one. You guys always give orders accurately and the food never tastes stale or old. Just wanted to say that its appreciative. Keep up the good work!
