If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked my partner to order my tacos while I used the restroom. They were picking up another order while we met for a moment.z the staff proceeded to loudly complain about my order and state I could not order with a dasher( which is a lie according to DoorDash website), the dasher had already left to deliver the order . They continued loudly complaining about me and my order and I explained I was not the dasher and the dasher was gone. They ignored me and continued to complain about it making my food, calling me rude names and saying I was lying and just pissed. It took over 15 minutes to get 3 tacos. I repeatedly asked them to stop, asked to speak to a manager or how to contact the manager regarding their behavior. They refused this information until I started to record their interaction. Absolute trash staff and establishment

Me and my sister went thru the drive thru got there at 12:20 they got our order wrong and food was missing we went back they said they would make the food that’s missing we waited 30 minutes then finally told them we just wanted the refund because the food that we did have was cold the manager did not know how to do a refund and said she couldn’t find our order so we said can we just get everything remade it took an hour for everything to be done people were complaining how they waited for 25-30 mins some people were walking out before they even got to order because no one would come to the front another person asked if they could get there food microwaved because there food was ice cold they were sitting around not doing anything they had one person making all the food and the manager seemed drunk or high she was slurring her words and could not understand what we were trying to tell her I recommend never going to this location to eat

Over priced burnt food for my wife and I almost 50.00 just to get sick you have gone down hill next time it will be taco bell much better food now, you guys discontinued great food items and service was horrible a bunch of kids just Horse playing wont ever be back in would like a full refund and it took forever to get our order with no other customers needs new staff and proper management

Fast, friendly, cheerful service. Everything in our order was correct, the food was ready quickly and it was hot. I appreciated the great service.
Food was cold. You have to pay for one cheese sauce with the six pack and a pound now and it always came with one. The Soto is flat. I thought I'd give them a chance because they looked slow and Taco Bell is across the street. But I now understand why there's a Taco Bell across the street.

My s/o & I came & “dined in” tonight & were actually thoroughly impressed by the service we received. Nicholas W. greeted us, took our orders, made SURE we knew all of our options, sides choices, sauce choices, etc. brought our food out to us, continuously checked in; how the food was, anything else he could get us, etc… took our garbage/tray as soon as we were finished eating, just all around provided a service you don’t really get met with in FAST food joints these days. Very kind, friendly, & personable. Our thanks to him!
P.S. the food was good too !
10/10 on our visit today. :)
