Food is ok, service is really hit or miss here. I had once where I went inside to order, no one came out, after a bit I walked over and there was an employee sitting on a table playing with their phone. After 10 minutes I left never acknowledged by an employee. Other times they are on top of helping you. It makes it hard to want to go there. For the food most of the time it is ok, sometimes your potatoes are cold and hard other times they are nice and fresh. Their portions have gotten a little bit smaller.

Worst taco johns I've been to ,possibly ever. I love TJ's, but this one was bad. All the surfaces were sticky and dirty. Floors, counters and tables. Dirty bathrooms. Slow and unhappy service. I ordered a grilled stuffed taco, there was maybe a tablespoon of beef in it, cold potato oles. Just a bad experience all around. I'll stick to forest lake, they are Awesome!

Taco John’s was a huge disappointment. The food was served cold, and the employees were rude and unprofessional. Poor service and bad food — I won’t be returning.

Overall experience follows: -Drove up to the drive through waited probably 5 minutes for someone to ask what I wanted to eat. (No cars in line ). - Went up to drive up window woman at register was very rude and unprofessionally aggressive. - My total was $16.38 (3) Tacos with all toppings , Potato Ole , and a drink. -Live within 2 miles of this facility -Arrive at home and go to eat my food the food was ice cold . The tacos had meat and lettuce. I would have rather drank ocean water than eat the salt oles. Ended up feeding the garbage can with a 16 dollar meal. GO TO TACO BELL ACROSS THE STREET. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY EATING HERE.

Got this ‘Grilled’ chicken burrito…it looked terrible and tasted terrible. This place has seriously gone down hill. Also the drive through took like 25 minutes to get through and there was only two cars in front of us. Never again.

I made an order through the Taco John's app which might be the biggest culprit with my experience. I received the wrong order, for the wrong person, at the wrong time. The Taco John's app is connected through DoorDash, fyi. When the order was dropped off, I noticed nothing was correct (see attached pics). I contacted the driver who was apologetic but said they couldn't do anything; but said I should contact the Taco John's where the order came from. I contacted the store and they gave me to the manager. The manager was curt, short, and abrasive. And said they couldn't do anything but I should contact DoorDash. The DoorDash wasn't much help either and although I requested a reorder as an option after a 5 minute delay, they said there error messages and I should get a refund. I think what happened was an employee at Taco John's gave the wrong order/made the wrong order and gave it to DoorDash. The rating came from the response from store which was not even remotely professional. Steer clear of this store, folks.

The food was cold, and unpresentable. The cheese didn’t even melt on my boyfriends quesadilla. The potato oles were over seasoned. The staff didn’t care, and didn’t answer my questions about what is on certain items. They didn’t care about my dairy allergy. We had to wait a really long time for our order to be taken. Although, we came here a few weeks ago and one of the employees was full of energy, and had great customer service. Thank you to him. Today, the staff didn’t care and seemed miserable.
Awful Literally 2 workers. Cold food. Cutting corners on everything, missing ingredients. Not nice people

I got a chicken and cheese quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t melted at all and there was no chicken, it also was hardly cut and cold. The service seemed like they were trying to rush us even though they were still open for another hour or two.

Literally what is this. I keep coming back in hopes for a better burrito but it never happens, I’m always given burrito SLOP. If you need a good Taco John’s burrito, I would seriously recommend you to make the drive up to Cambridge. This is just ridiculous at this point.
