Unfortunate inadequate service with less than stellar potatoes that I love and I am use to getting

Man do I love tj and the those delish potatoes. But what I love even more is great service along with presentable food. Which never happened in this one trip.
Drive thru- ordered combo with chicken soft shells and md no ice with a young man. I was asked about sour cream and/or cheese which I politely declined and asked for mild packets only.
Got to the window. Young lady starts handing me md with ice. I declined and said I asked for no ice please. Easy fix.
Received my bag of food. Opened right away looking for mild packets but some container of cheese was right on top. Handed lady back the container of cheese and said “I don’t know what this is”. Then proceeded to ask for those mild packets as they were missing from the bag.
Pulled away to park and eat.
Pulled out the potatoes and omg my favorite part and the main reason for tj is the potatoes but they looked like complete crap. Most if not ALL of the oles were literally crumbled in pieces and not in complete circles… Not kidding. I needed a fork! I was going to take a picture but didn’t think I was gonna do a review and thought nah. Potatoes tasted fine but never have I ever had potatoes crumbled in small pieces which was unpresentable and harder to eat that way. Very frustrating!
Then I looked at the receipt. Wondering to myself why it cost me over 14 dollars for this meal, seems steep. Yup! They charged me for the cheese that I declined and gave back in the drive thru window.
Normally, I wouldn’t care and could look the other way if over charged a little BUT I was over charged $1.72 for a cheese container that I did not order. After all those mistakes so far, I felt my feelings were valid at this point and I didn’t deserve to be taken advantage of my money. So I had to go inside the store and wait an additional 8 or 10 min for them to refund the cost of the cheese I was wrongfully charged for.

Side note: as I waited for my refund I seen this same young girl bag a container of cheese that was dripping out of the container, onto the food that was being prepped to give to next drive thru customer. Oh boy. So much cheese dripping that she had cheese on her work shirt, realized it was on her hand and tried wiping the cheese off onto her shirt. Yes… customers do watch. Far from stellar service. This establishment does not seem like sanitation is a high concern, food presence is mediocre and correct ordering is not a priority. Again, all that in one visit. And the md with ice was still sitting right on the ledge at drive thru for customers to see vs disposing of it right away. I may love tj food but not service like this by any means. But a definite change is necessary for this is specific location if you want to stay in business and keep repeat customers happy with your service. Good luck.

I put an online order in on taco jhons website not doordash at 806 am went to get my order the door was locked there supposed to be open at 7 am I called very annoying the lady said she would unlock the door did she no so don't come here they will steal your money I have and not give u your ordercalled corporate to you don't wanna work why have job and yall wonder why robots are taking over everything and the so called manager refused to give me a refund and told me she didn't know how to do her job

I ordered 2 meals for dine in and was waiting for about 30-40 minutes to get my food. I was the only one in the building to order and saw 10-15 cars go through the drive thru and get there orders. What I think is the worst part is that there was someone sitting in a chair in the back the whole time in plain view that I can see they weren't doing anything. I think if you can come to work you are expected to work.

I ordered 1 large potato ole's and 2 nacho cheeses. Pretty simple order, but of course there was no nachos cheese in the bag when I got home. They sure remember to make you pay, but can't remember a simple order. That'll teach me to check the bag.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT:
This location is absolutely the worst. Please take the time to read the reviews—clearly, this is not an isolated incident. From the moment I arrived, the experience was terrible.

Customer service is completely nonexistent. The food quality was shockingly bad, and several items were missing from my order. It felt like no one cared at all.

I’m extremely upset and disappointed. I will be filing a formal consumer complaint with the Attorney General’s office. Something needs to be done about this location—it’s a disservice to your brand and your customers
