I stopped here with my son. The burger and fries were ok. Nothing really special. The service was a bit slow. The cheese curds were pretty great.

Worker was nice, we were the first ones to order chicken that morning, the chef I'm sure was rushed and didnt cook it through properly. One of us has food poisoning now and are extremely unsatisfied with the QC of the food. I'd say a refund would be nice but that doesn't help when your throwing up and blowing the toilet up st the same time

Update: Please have your employers refrain from using their phones while on the clock. The cashier couldn’t pay attention to what I was saying since he wanted to get back to his phone. Waiting for the food, another employee asked me what I was waiting for while looking at his phone. For three seconds, they can’t leave their damn phones alone. I’ve decided I’m not longer interested eating at this place because of the employees.
Had the Papa burger and it was very good. The ground beef must be leaner than 80/20 (maybe 85/15) since my gut was not distressed from the fat content. The onion rings were ok. Next time I’ll get fries.
I've not been inside but their food is literally my favorite they never get my order wrong and it's always fresh

Good food but bad service. The staff was like singing and complaining about how slow it was. Then the credit card machine automatically adds a tip if you only sign and choose nothing. I am shocked and pissed, seems highly unethical and wrong.
Was the only place that didn't have a long line. Placed my order, and it was ready within 90 seconds. The food was hot and fresh, with no complaints, and definitely would order again. Prices are comparable to every other fast food establishment.

The food was fine for fast food. The root beer tastes great, and my burger was fine for a fast food burger. Nothing particularly stood out as great or as bad. It is just a very average meal.I prefer going to the A&W restaurants because they give you a big, frosty mug. That frosty mug is a big part of the A&W experience that I like. I get it, it is in a mall so they can't do the mugs, but I do miss that aspect of the restaurant.Overall, it is fine.

Horrible service!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I “wore” my sons strawberry shake due to the lid not being on — never got our drinks with the kids meals and was told it doesn’t come with one.Do not go here!!!!!!!!!
