Was the only place that didn't have a long line. Placed my order, and it was ready within 90 seconds. The food was hot and fresh, with no complaints, and definitely would order again. Prices are comparable to every other fast food establishment.

Decent spot. I've never had A&W Burgers before being from the south so this was just to scratch an itch. It was decent. Wasn't great, wasn't poor. The fries were really good though I must say! Decent burger spot in the Mall of America.

The food was fine for fast food. The root beer tastes great, and my burger was fine for a fast food burger. Nothing particularly stood out as great or as bad. It is just a very average meal.I prefer going to the A&W restaurants because they give you a big, frosty mug. That frosty mug is a big part of the A&W experience that I like. I get it, it is in a mall so they can't do the mugs, but I do miss that aspect of the restaurant.Overall, it is fine.

Horrible service!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I “wore” my sons strawberry shake due to the lid not being on — never got our drinks with the kids meals and was told it doesn’t come with one.Do not go here!!!!!!!!!

Food was decent, service was quick for being behind someone in line who got 6 orders of nuggets at peak dinner, and a good amount of ssuce options up front! Was the spicy burger spicy? No but that's not anything on them!

I don't have the greatest expectations for employees in the fast food industry, but my experience at this location on Friday, February 10th, at 12:45pm was exceptional. The employees were polite, engaging, helped me figure out how to get the best deal for what we wanted to eat, and they were kind and cheerful. You never know what you're going to get in a mall food court, and I rarely write reviews, but if you're at the MOA and find yourself looking for a food court, I highly recommend this A&W for the best fast food service.

I had a problem at this location yet I gave it a 5 star rating? Read on... We were playing at the MoA Friday evening and when I asked the grandkids what they wanted to eat they screamed A&W because they love the root beer. But when we went to order, they said they had no root beer! What a let down. So we got shakes instead. The burgers were what we expected and consistently good is a mark of a good restaurant. It was such a let down though that when I got home I got on the A&W website and left a note about our experience. Early Saturday morning I got apology responses from A&W AND the site manager explaining what happened and offering to make it up to us! Thank you. A restaurant that cares about their customers experience and immediately reply’s to concerns is where I will continue to dine.

Good burgers for the price and convenience. People come here for the root beer soda, instead of the food itself. Like their motto, it is mainly American fair like burgers, fries, etc. If you never had it, it is a quick place to eat.

I overnight sometimes in the hotel attached to the mall. I always make a point to come here. Employees are always polite and seem to be working very hard. Food is always delicious, it might take a few minutes to get to me but that's cause it's being made fresh! It's always hot even when I get back to my room. And the root beer...... Always perfect!
