Staff were very friendly and location is convenient if you stay at Great Wolf Lodge. They had plenty of tables and we didn't need to wait to be served. The food was not great. The kids Mac and cheese was overlooked and did not taste good. The chicken Caesar salad was just ok, the chicken portion was very small. The breakfast buffet was also ok. The food was very greasy, including the scrambled eggs. The fruit was fresh.

staff was so friendly. The food was embarrassing.the "jumbo wings" (LOL) were the size and quality of Tyson Anytizers from the frozen section. think they were $15. An absolute joke.the Cesar salad, though large in portion was wilted and soggy.the meatball appetizer with " garlic bread" was the texture of wet cat food and void of any flavor. meatballs were covered in 2 inches of unseasoned ricotta. the over warmed/chewy bread was only flavored with cooking oil. also $15the lettuce wraps was 3 ounces of overly salty soup/handful of chicken in a ramekin. chicken tasted almost canned/ squishy/ jelly texture? same ramekin filled with corn and a couple shreds of pineapple that were hard to find. the warm, wilted lettuce was piled high though.grilled cheese was decent. we all wish we had gotten the kids' grilled cheese.a huge tier below Applebees/chilis/TGI Fridays and somehow 50% more expensive. can't make it make sense. the food was foul and comical, and the prices were a slap in the face. Hope to never have to resort to eating here again when we stay at Great Wolf.the breakfast buffet has been decent in the past, but its hard to mess up bacon and eggs.can't stress enough, the staff was so friendly.

Our check in was delayed at the lodge due to a card reader being down, so we were comped our family’s dinner for one night. My husband got the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, I ordered the grilled salmon, and our kids got chicken tenders and Mac and cheese off the kids menu. The food didn’t take long to prepare (we took the food to our room, so no comment on atmosphere). The restaurant gave me a roasted chicken dinner instead of the salmon. Both dishes are priced at over $30, but since it was comped, I decided to just eat the chicken. It was delicious, as was the potatoes and creamed corn. Would I pay $30+ for that out of my own pocket? No. But, it’s a resort, and I get prices are inflated. The kids meals had fries that were basically cold. Again, had I paid for them, I’d be pretty perturbed as the kids meals weren’t exactly cheap either.Overall… it is what it is when you order at a resort like this. The food doesn’t match the prices, but nothing really does. It was nice to have a meal that could be picked up right downstairs, but after that first night, we will be picking up Uber eats or doordash out front haha.

The pizza was very good and I am a discriminating Italian very particular about pizza! I had a reg u lah pie- check out their menu. Definitely worth the trip over there- it is in the Brewery!

The guest internet is slow. Don't expect to get any work done during your stay. (Use a mobile hotspot instead.) My room table was so sticky, I used my laptop case as a mousepad so it would move.

For 2 stars, I was expecting terrible food. It wasn't that bad. Overpriced yes, but what do you expect for a theme park, everything is overpriced. There was a long wait and hardly anyone in the restaurant so clearly understaffed. The pretzel was good and drinks were strong.

Yeah, just as bad as most reviews. Ordered the salmon, it came out raw in middle. Price is at least triple the quality of food

Overpriced mediocre food. Only reason to eat here is if you're sick of pizza or chicken and are too lazy to order out. If that's the case, you should still rethink eating

It's loud acoustics, but lots of seating and fairly quick service and food. Staff was great. Food is good. Nachos were the best.

Be careful. Got waaaay overcharged. Breakfast is only $12 on site but I had never been here and prepaid $276 for 3 people to eat breakfast for two days for an average of $46 per person for each meal. This is a total ripoff and crazy. I will not come back, I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.

Staff was kind, food was blah to bad. Kids and adults wouldnt go back for the second night of our stay. Also, quite expensive for low quality.

Caught my waiter stealing money from me on my card to get more of a tip for himself, when I confronted management all they had to say is oh he's a nice guy I'm so sorry, lol he's a thief.
