0 stars. Spoke with two barely literate csr's today. Literal robots who read a script. Sort of. Can barely read or speak and refuse to transfer you to supervisor. I pay my card in full monthly, have a credit score over 800 anddddd yet the company provides literally a waste of time body as what is supposed to be "service". Gross company. Just gross.

Loved this cute cafe. If you're at the moa and looking for a great coffee option that's not caribou or Starbucks check out capital one cafe. It's a calm little spot in the middle of the mall with amazing coffee and tea options. The seasonal menu was awesome I especially loved the spiced cardamom latte and the honey latte. The staff was so friendly and great recommending drinks. And as a plus can handle your finances there too!!

Very friendly workers and they are so easy to talk to. Love going there to do schoolwork and my friends love going there too! Great spot to go relax in and step away from the busy mall. The cafe serves great drinks. My personal favorite is the iced vanilla latte with almond milk. I also love to Henry, great guy. Also if you are a Capital One member you get 50% off the drinks.

The CapitalOne Cafe in Mall of America is a cute, cozy place with a modern design. It's not just a cafe but also a spot for banking if you're a CapitalOne customer, and you get a nice 50% discount with a CapitalOne card. They recently changed their coffee supplier from Peet to Verve, which means a slightly smaller menu. I missed my go-to Frappe Matcha. I tried the Honey Lavender Latte; it smelled nice but was a bit sweet. Next time, I'll explore more drinks and maybe their avocado toast.

I was concerned when I saw that they replaced the Peets coffee here, but the Verve "Bronson" roast coffee was terrific and the staff were very nice. This is a great stop at MOA. No expectation that you're going to do any banking. If you're tired of the crowds and wait at SBUX, give this spot a try!

A discount with a Capitol One account.. I already had a Capital One REI card... that works, 50% discount on beverages. I got a Blueberry scone and a Cortado, both very good, I highly recommend this cafe.

customer service is excellent. we were greeted at the door and seated right away. the lounge/cafe is beautiful with a modern design. there's lots of couches/sofa/tables to study/work at. there's also small rooms within the cafe. they've got plenty of outlets around the cafe. drinks are all reasonably priced (from Peet's). with the capital one card you get 50% off your drink. overall rating: 10/10

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to pay this card off via a balance transfer since May. They take over a month to process the payment they should receive in no longer than 2 weeks. Wont waive accrued interest for them not cashing/processing payments in a timely manner. Alls they do is blame the postal service and take no accountability, even the managers. Their employees are absolutely no help at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service from every employee and manager I have had to deal with. I cannot wait for this to be done so I can close my card for good and be done with them!!

Kind of nice this is here in the middle of this big MoA. It's open to all, but CapitalOne card users get 50% discount if they use their card while here for purchases. 50% discount for CapitalOne card user. I ordered a tropical green tea $6.25 hot and my husband ordered a random hot drink with oat milk and anything else that would be good. Their staff ended up adding some caramel, hazelnut and some mocha to the hot coffee. 20 ounce Peet's coffee with random stuff was only $6. After some musical chairs to find a cozy seat, we settled on the very low slouchy couch. It's a bit too slouchy. The service is quite quick and prices are reasonably priced too. The staff are super nice, helpful and friendly here.

Capital One is a horrible credit card company. I lost my job by no fault of my own and they had no hardship program to help me. They wouldn't lower my interest rate at all, and they wouldn't lower my monthly minimum. Other credit card companies are better than this. VISA Best Buy is better, and Synchrony Bank is better, which cover's Sam's Club credit, and many more.
