We stopped in on Sunday December 14th because we saw a coupon in the MOA coupon book for a free beverage. Never did I think we would have the experience we did. Shout-out to Ty for engaging in conversation with my son and I. He pointed out my son's hat (he collects Pokemon pins) and was so nice and hyped up my son so much. We had a wonderful time and he also sent us home with a bunch of Capital One swag. We have told so many people about our experience and we will definitely be back. Should also mention the Cinnamon Maple Latte with Cold Foam is to die for. We really need more genuine people like Ty in this world.

Amy was the one who helped me—they were extremely friendly from the start and walked me through all the possible solutions. Though the process ended up being more complicated than I was hoping, Amy was highly accommodating and clearly committed to service. This was my first time visiting a capital one cafe and I was so pleased with the visit!! We came to get assistance with a time sensitive money order and were helped by Owen, who was incredibly helpful and guided us through all of our options. He was clear in letting us know what we could do in a short period of time, helped set up a new account, and we walked out successful thanks to his help. The cafe was clean and quiet, a very lovely surprise for a mall! The drinks were delicious and we left happy :3 great bank 👍🦐

I don't have a Capitol One card but I love stopping by this coffee shop whenever I'm at the mall because the coffee is so delicious! I've tried their seasonal pumpkin latte as well as their signature honey lavender latte - both iced, both so tasty! They are just the right amount of sweetness and I love the coffee beans used from Verve Coffee Roasters.
The nice thing is that if you are a Capitol One or Discover card holder, you get a discount on their drinks. I'm sure it would be a huge perk if you had one because the prices are already pretty decent for coffee without the card.
The space is clean and modern looking throughout the whole cafe. I wasn't pressured to get a card or anything like that and I'm always greeted warmly when I enter the store. Sometimes during the weekday, the service is slightly slower but it's not too bad.
There are rooms that are available if you want to study or have a meeting or something. I'm not sure if they have to be booked in advance or are first come, first served. But I'm sure it would come in handy!
Nothing bad to say at all. Played board games with my friends here and the staff are very friendly.
