Perfect spot to have a breather in a cozy and less noisy atmosphere while on a Mall of America outing. The lattes and ice teas were good. The spacious, civilized setting inside is a respite from the bustle and waves of commercialism waiting outside. Capital One card gets you 50% off on beverage purchases.

Always a great experience when working remote!Came to the capital One Café at the Mall of America in Minnesota to make a deposit. Not only was the staff very inviting after making the deposit. I was able to get a great dirty chai latte half off with my capital one debit card. Stayed around a little bit to work as the Wi-Fi is fast enough and the space is clean and inviting. I have had the opportunity to tour and use other Capital One cafés throughout the country, and this is on par with the Others , even though it's in a huge mall. I would definitely recommend someone to coming to work especially if you are in Minnesota on business because you have a huge Mall to tour after.I will definitely be back holding meetings here as well.

We had an issue that we couldn't resolve online or at an ATM, so we tried this Cafe. Emo and Ty were both super friendly and helped us out. The latte was very good, too. Great spot to relax for a while; cool that people were sitting and playing checkers. We'll be back.

First time stopping by the Capital One café at the Mall of America and will definitely go back! It’s a great place to take a quiet break amidst the hustle and bustle of the mall. Loved the comfy chairs and nooks all around. Nice café service—I got a matcha latte and it wasn’t my favorite, but I’ll try a different drink next time because the 50% discount with a Capital One card is great! Overall really nice experience and all the staff are very friendly.

I love Verve coffee. Though it's better at an actual Verve coffee shop in LA. The drinks here are on the sweeter side. I'd suggest only ordering here with a Capital One card. Otherwise you'll be paying twice as much.

Worst place to work ever. I was denied maternity leave pay and had my job hired out from underneath me. (My job was posted two days after my son's birth.) Care for mothers and families is a JOKE here. The mother's room is a shared space closet. I was terminated because they conveniently "Didn't have day shift positions" to give me, so that my child could be in daycare while I worked. During my time working here, women were not allowed on the day shift at all.At one time, I believed in this company, but never again. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Loved this cute cafe. If you're at the moa and looking for a great coffee option that's not caribou or Starbucks check out capital one cafe. It's a calm little spot in the middle of the mall with amazing coffee and tea options. The seasonal menu was awesome I especially loved the spiced cardamom latte and the honey latte. The staff was so friendly and great recommending drinks. And as a plus can handle your finances there too!!

Need to deposit some cash into my account and found there was an ATM at MOA. Walked past this café a few times just never entered. Surprisingly the service I receive was really good. I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance once I entered.I felt like this is such a great study or workplace. It definitely has a really high-end café vibes. And if you do have a card with Capital One, you do receive 50% off your drinks.The barista accidentally made me iced instead of a hot and they said I can keep both of them, so that was great. They do have non dairy options. I also got the avocado toast, and I really enjoyed it. Only wish the bread was a little bit more thicker. That might’ve been the only vegan options there.Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would love to stop here again when I visit the mall.

ATM was down when I needed to use cash to pay a CC bill before heading to the airport and after trying to deposit it via Walgreens, having the app stall on processing the payment to the next day, dealing with an awful capital one rep on the phone for an hour making myself horrifically late for my flight, the ATM’s magically started working and Owen came up with a BRILLIANT solution to get the payment applied instantaneously to my CC. Best part of it? I still somehow managed to make my flight. Kudos to Owen!!!!!!!!!!!

The CapitalOne Cafe in Mall of America is a cute, cozy place with a modern design. It's not just a cafe but also a spot for banking if you're a CapitalOne customer, and you get a nice 50% discount with a CapitalOne card.They recently changed their coffee supplier from Peet to Verve, which means a slightly smaller menu. I missed my go-to Frappe Matcha. I tried the Honey Lavender Latte; it smelled nice but was a bit sweet. Next time, I'll explore more drinks and maybe their avocado toast.
