Tasty but not very well maintained.
Mediocre. She packaged all of it in one box so it became a mess. Strawberry cheesecake was dry, tiramisu had no flavor and the cannoli tasted chalky..
Pretty dang good cannoli in my book. A great crunch to the shell and the ricotta filling was perfectly sweet. Portion is just a bit small and pricey, but you pay for the name I suppose.. service was quick and friendly.. don't hesitate to try!
I was so UNDERwhelmed when I visited this location! The pastry on the lobster tail was dark, as if cooked way to long..it tasted like it had been on the shelf for days, it definitely was not fresh.
The chocolate on the cannoli was frozen hard, I could not bite into it.
I was very disappointed in the lack of selection.
I came all the way from Ky to visit The Mall of America, with Carlos Bakery being the first place I wanted to go.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
It's very sad when owners get extremely famous and MEGA rich...they stop caring about the quality of their products.
Customer service is crap! Walked in and saw 2 employees but all they did was stood there and chat. No greeting no offering in helping me out.
I tried to go today and waited in line for 10 minutes with no employees in the store. No note stating that they would return etc. in the past it took a long time too for an employee to come but not this long. Wish we could have had it today!
Been to the one in New York and the one in Las Vegas, didn't know they had one here and of course had to get the Cannoli and got a Nutella pastry and omg it was really good and Cannoli is always good 👍👍👍👍
The fact that I spent over $40 at this location I crazy. I ask for a cup of water because my son is asthmatic and has diabetes. I was refused and told to buy a bottle of water. I was told Annalisa is a the manager and that’s what she enforces. After complaining in frustration I finally was given one cup of water for my children to share. My African American family of four has always wanted to visit this location because we love Buddy and Cake Boss. However, this was a disappointing experience, and I will definitely advise my family and friends to avoid this place.
Disappointed compared to the main one. Better to not have it than to have it bad
Amazing, the lobstertails are the best!

We went there thinking we were getting a fresh slice of cake and when we open the bag we find a prepackaged cake slice. We paid 8.95 for the same prepacked slice of cake that Walmart sells for just under $4. If i knew that's what I was getting i would have waited and just got it at Walmart instead. Not very impressed.

Classic connoli and traditional lobster tail was super delicious. The service was fast and professional, here at MOA location.

Such an easy four star review in every category. Not perfect in any area, but so damn good. To be fair, selecting your treats from Carlo's Bakery is an experience in itself. Almost as much fun as actually eating them. And most of what you see does look like literal perfection. That's almost an issue in itself, as the treats do often fail to live up to the fantasy ideal you created for yourself, fuelled by your own anticipation. It's also more than a little spendy here. But in truth, even with these reservations, you do mostly hit the mark here. And when you don't, you can get over it by choosing something different next time.
