Holy canoli! The Dubai chocolate one fantastic!!! The cafe latte eclaire won me over. The original canoli was okay. But I need to make another trip to try the cheesecakes!!! Kind of spendy but worth it

Food looked good. Got a cannoli, it was decent. Server stayed playing on his phone not asking anyone how they were.
Worst part was the place was filthy. Not a single clean table and the floor made you walk on crumbs anywhere you stepped.

My fiancé & I stopped by during a visit to the mall. Big mistake! The carrot cake, pecan pie, & oatmeal raisin cookie were absolutely disgusting. After one bite, we threw everything in the trash!! My fiancé was satisfied with the cheese cake. Overall - we were highly disappointed.

Tried the oatmeal and raisins cookies that were buttery, chewy with a crispy edge. Perfect! Also tried the carrot cake and it was good but not great which is probably based on my personal preference of having a more rustic cake .ix with visible nuts and carrots..this cake is more refined and not chunky. The frosting was good with it being not too sweet.

The pumpkin pie that I bought tonight was overbaked. I shouldn't have wasted my money on it. I noticed the filling was pulling away from crust. I asked if there were other ones and he said no. He was not friendly and very impatient. The quality of the products has gone way down lately. Probably the last time I will buy anything from this location.

So disappointed. Save your money on the cakes at least.
First tried the cake in Vegas for a family member’s Bday. Thought it was the best, freshest phenomenal cake I had ever had.
Was so excited to get again. Had the order delivered to my hotel.
Ordered 2 cakes, a chocolate and confetti. Pumpkin doughnut and s’mores cannoli.
They did not have the donut or cannoli. Only realized this after ordered was delivered. No one from the bakery called to see if I wanted anything else instead. Nor, was there any note on the order saying the items were not available and I would be getting a refund for the unavailable items.
It wasn’t until I called the bakery to inquire.
Very poor customer service if you ask me. They should’ve totally called me and asked me if I wanted to replace the unavailable items with something that they had.
Next, for such a so called popular bakery could not believe the package. I was bringing the cakes home. The card board piece that the cake sits on should be extending enough over the edge of the cake, so when the cake shifts in the box while being carried, it Does NOT hit the side of the box. Usually, A larger cardboard piece that the cake would be sitting on would stop that from happening. Well, not in this case. Which I find unacceptable for the price that you pay for these cakes that they didn’t have it sitting on a cardboard piece, big enough to stop it from hitting the side of the box. Thus the frosting coming off.
Then silly me, I guess I thought I was going to be getting fresh cakes, they were not. I could tell they were pulled out of the freezer because there was still condensation on the top of one. Lastly, the taste test, I didn’t think this was any different than any other cake. If I could’ve, I would have brought them back for a refund. Total waste of money. I was so unimpressed, I cut the remaining pieces up of the cakes and gave them away.

I had the pleasure of trying a cannoli from Carlo’s Bakery, and it did not disappoint. The shell was perfectly crispy, giving that satisfying crunch with every bite. But the real star was the filling—creamy, rich, and absolutely out of this world. It was sweet without being overwhelming, and the texture was incredibly smooth. This cannoli was everything you want in a classic Italian dessert. Highly recommend—I’d go back just for another one!

Mediocre. She packaged all of it in one box so it became a mess. Strawberry cheesecake was dry, tiramisu had no flavor and the cannoli tasted chalky..

Pretty dang good cannoli in my book. A great crunch to the shell and the ricotta filling was perfectly sweet. Portion is just a bit small and pricey, but you pay for the name I suppose.. service was quick and friendly.. don't hesitate to try!

I was so UNDERwhelmed when I visited this location! The pastry on the lobster tail was dark, as if cooked way to long..it tasted like it had been on the shelf for days, it definitely was not fresh.
The chocolate on the cannoli was frozen hard, I could not bite into it.
I was very disappointed in the lack of selection.
I came all the way from Ky to visit The Mall of America, with Carlos Bakery being the first place I wanted to go.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

It's very sad when owners get extremely famous and MEGA rich...they stop caring about the quality of their products.

Customer service is crap! Walked in and saw 2 employees but all they did was stood there and chat. No greeting no offering in helping me out.
