“Stopped here after dropping someone off at the airport for breakfast. It is inside an office building, but quite a lot of space including shuffleboard and foosball games. We had the vegan breakfast burrito and vegan breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was ok, but the burrito was better. Service was fast. Vegan options were clearly marked on their menu. Would stop by here again.“

“Our experience using Classic Catering for our wedding had some ups and downs but was overall fine.

The food: We had a buffet dinner for our reception, and many of our guests went out of their way to compliment the food.

Day-of service: The staff we interacted with were super friendly, and our day-of coordinator said the catering lead and our late-night staff person were excellent to work with. Unfortunately, there was no water on the head table during dinner, despite us having to pay extra for water & carafes and our wedding party asking for refills several times. My sister wound up having to go refill the carafes herself a couple times during dinner. This wouldn’t have bothered us if it weren’t a service we had to pay extra for on top of the rest of the meal.

The planning process: Our point of contact during the planning process was quick to respond, but communication wasn’t always proactive and was often a bit confusing, requiring me to follow up more than I would have expected to clarify things. They could avoid a LOT of confusion by making the information on their website more clear. For example, the majority of the veggie sides are described as sauteed with butter – but when I asked about dairy-free options for guests with allergies, I was told they don’t actually use butter, but a butter substitute. Because of the dairy and egg allergies in our group, I was assured that all items on the buffet line would have placecards with allergen info, but day-of, that allergen info was missing from some cards. Thankfully, nothing bad happened -- but it could have, if the folks with allergies didn't go out of their way to clarify, which they shouldn't have had to do.

Nothing that was the end of the world, but given the price point of any wedding caterer being so high, I would have expected less stress surrounding our work with them.“

“My daughter and I are acai bowl connoisseurs and have had acai bowls all over this country. We both agree that this is far and away the best we've ever had. It is the most delicious acai and the most generous amount. I always get the same thing. Classic bowl with extra peanut butter, cocoa nibs and coconut flakes added to the granola and banana. At home I add my own blueberries and strawberries. I try to limit myself to 2 or 3 a week but the cravings are powerful.“

“My roommates and I ordered from Sabrina's Cafe tonight, Our very first time ordering from this place. I ordered the Chicken and Rice. Food was delicious & came pretty quickly! I was quite satisfied! and so was everyone else! We will be return customers. Only negative I have is that the price shown on the menu was different than price paid on app through delivery, paid 4 dollars more. Not to upset as the food made my belly happy.“

I also tried their iced mocha, it was more of a coffee than sugary drink which I am used to our americanized sugary coffee drinks which a lot of people might appreciate less sugar. It was great!“

“We had Kafe 421 do one of the dishes at our 15-year Anniversary Gala + Award Show event. This year they made Phyllo Pizza. With Sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, feta and mozzerella. Was very tasty. We recommend them for your catering needs!“

“We had Twin Cities Catering handle a 35 person family event and they were phenomenal. They delivered and set up all of the food. We did their appetizers menu where we had chicken kabobs, charcuterie, and a mozzarella antipasto platter. Everyone enjoyed the food and it was very well presented. Their price is beyond competitive and moving forward we will be using Twin Cities Catering for any event. Thank you.“

“We had Old Southern Bbq cater for our wedding and it was absolutely an amazingly positive experience! The director of catering, Amy, was so helpful and on top of everything. The catering team was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests ranted and raved about the food all night, especially the potato salad and the cornbread muffin tops. Would definitely recommend!“

“Did a small trial with deli Double and loved the food, value and service. They catered a meeting and everyone loved the food. Starting with the delicious assortment of nut breads, donuts and baked treats followed by super fresh fruits. The variety of generously filled sandwiches were a big hit including the requested gluten free bread on a few and a few veggie only sandwiches. Gourmet chicken salad sandwich on croissant was amazing. The coffee stayed hot all day and still tasted good. The variety tray of bars/cookies was delicious and that baby field green salad with honey balsamic dressing was a highlight for sure! “Attended a private party here at the Lumber Exchange Event Center. The venue was well decorated for the holiday theme. Parking in the ramp made it very easy to just walk in the venue. Dinner was the highlight of the night. Unfortunately, I was only able to get one picture.“

“If you're just another trucker with points on your license then you end up doing broker loads and end up with situations I see complaints about on here. It depends on who you are working for because I delivered to a company that delivers here twice a week I don't have to touch a thing and I'm in and out of there with no problems. Because the company I work for doesn't work if you're not one of those super truckers. Take care of your license and your license will take care of you.
For example right now I'm delivering here and I got here yesterday around lunch time and they backed me into DOC number two then this morning they tell me they want the other stuff from the same shipper first and then another truck as well. But my company pays me hourly from 5:00 a.m. no having to wait 2 hours before getting paid and they have me sitting here all day I'm getting paid anyway. And when it comes to unloading all I do is use their electric jack to run the stuff off and put it inside. So I'm in no rush I get paid Mi and I get paid hourly with no having to give anyone 2 hours for free. And the shipper charges them for all the time that I'm here.“

Every space in the building has a draw: the main space having projectors for every wall space, has endless mesmerizing capabilities, the artwork in the lobby is thought-provoking and captivating, the hallway to the loo, off the main room, is a cool journey of fun backdrops that coat the walls ceiling to floor: a perfect spot for a photo op or to chat & catch your breath.

“This place has really gone down hill use to love this place but this year and especially today shows me it’s time to find other whole sale vendors so I went to buy ice cream today and and was rushed to decide even though I was actually buying ice cream and not just wasting time I had a total of over 200 but wanted to spend 350 usually im in and out cause i know what sells and what doesn’t but lately it’s hard because every time i come to big bells they are always out of the ice cream I get so today like this whole year he was out of what I needed so I thought let me try new stuff but was unable to because I was being rushed by the manager of all people the worst part is his drivers always have everything he says he’s out of so that lets me know out means my drivers get that witch mess up money for those who don’t work for him just rude and Ridiculous hope they really get their stuff together (((( it’s a new year updated review)))) this place is back to being what we love great ice cream great price great service no rushing and I love the t shirts we get for free this will always be my ice cream guy“

“We have used Kelber Catering, at the Minneapolis convention center for V.I.P. night for the Minneapolis Boat Show. The food and bar set up were perfect for our evening. They have helped us for the past three years, and our server, rep. Dan was great. I will use them in the again.“

Management and maintenance are very friendly, and way better than my past experiences. I was even able to get immediate help the day after Thanksgiving. “I called on a Mon. to see about catering a Wed. lunch for 35 at our shop in Fridley. Michael couldn’t have been more accommodating. He delivered the piping hot food in a downpour and helped me set up the spread for our team. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and turkey. I doubled the amount Michael recommended and I’m glad I did because we had people going for 3rd. We did have a little left over but not much. Delicious Texas BBQ from a great guy that takes pride in his customer care and food. Moist and full of flavor and that was before adding their signature BBQ sauce. Highly Recommend! “Phish Food: This flavor was born in 1997 and is named after a Vermont improvisational rock group. A portion of the royalties from the flavor goes toward environmental efforts in Vermont’s Lake Champlain Watershed, which is great since our current government leadership doesn't seem to care about the environment. The pint’s description is chocolate ice cream with gooey marshmallow swirls, caramel swirls, and fudge fish. When I first began digging through my pint I did not see much of the marshmallow swirls. After mining my way through the frozen treat, I finally found a fair amount. The chocolate ice cream is rich and is complemented nicely by a school of fudgy fish that have a flavor edging closer to dark chocolate. Chocolate lovers should be happily satisfied with this one. It’s almost like a double chocolate fudge ice cream because there’s so much chocolate ice cream & fudge fish as compared to the marshmallow and caramel. Speaking of caramel, the caramel swirls do take the flavor up a notch, but they could be more abundant. Caramel is one of my favorite flavors and the combination with the chocolate and fudge reminds me of a frozen candy bar. The marshmallow swirl has a sweet/cream-like flavor. It is not simply marshmallow flavored ice cream, but texturally it is something resembling actual marshmallows, like fluff, and I love it! I wish there was more caramel & marshmallow, but overall I’m impressed. Doughboy approved 😋
