this place is almost always busy yet have never gotten my drink wrong. yum!i recommend: brown sugar latte, thai tea, dragon fruit tea with soft boba pearls

I have been here twice and every time it just tastes a little funky. Not sure what it is it might be the kind of green tea they brew. The actual boba is also a bit hard and the prices are high for the area. I understand thee mall is busy but I just wish this spot was more reliable.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I never want to leave reviews but I have to. This is the worst boba I ever ordered. I had giving them many chances and each time end up in not satisfy. My tea has nothing but milk in it very little matcha

My fav place to get boba it’s awesome walking around the mall getting one of there teas or coffee they even have a few other locations all over
I tried the Tiger Latte and it was very tasty.. You can determine the degree of sweetness and sugar in the drink, and this is something sweet..

Go here if you like juice / smoothiesGo to another boba shop in the mall if you want... Ya know... Bubble teaThe tea is is quite sub par. It sits in a kettle all day at Luke warm temp.Sugar options are a thing here but somehow they all taste like 100% sugar.The boba here is the worst offender often not being cooked in enough brown sugar causing them to be wholistically tasteless and then kept at too low of a temperature after too hot of a temperature causing the pearls to congeal into large globs or pearls that I must rip apart with my straw.Overall I usually go to Cha time when I have to... Not when I want to.The QQ's are my favorite drinks at cha time. Just make sure to get them with the lowest sugar possible unless you want to explode
