Food tasted good, hot and fresh chicken sandwiches. Customer service is outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
Good food
Great service and good food!
If you have a choice between this mall location and the other location in Bloomington, I would go there. Service and quality are hit or miss at the MOA location which is unusual for Chik-fil-A.
My daughter likes the food so we ate there 3 times last week. Food was always hot and quick. Loved the chicken and the market salad. My five year old approves it too.
Restaurantji Recommends
My family always enjoys CFA. The staff handled the busyness of the lunch hour well, and were super friendly when I noticed we didn’t get our milk or ice cream; they didn’t fight/question us at all for that. We’ll be back when we come to MOA
If the mall is open until 9pm and every food place is open until 9pm why close at 8pm?
Its chick fila. I got the peppermint holiday shake. It was good. Not the best ice cream. Haagen Daaz is better
Spoiled for choice at the Mall of America, it took me way too long to finally get around to ordering food from here. Especially as this one is located in the same food court as Great Steak. But this is good. Real good. And now I understand why folks are willing to line up for this. It's good stuff. And not too spendy, either. Will definitely do the job you want it to. That is, to get the empty space in your belly taken care of so you can get back to shopping.
Food lived up to it's Hype, but the people that works there looks miserable. The lady there that was wearing a Hijab should be fired immediately, She did not welcome us, no form of interaction, no recommendations, yawning in front of customers, I asked what does she recommended for the sauce since it's our frist time there, she answered "i'm not really a sauce person" Again, She should be fired immediately.
