i went on november 11th at 10:30am to get some cinnabon , i usually always get cinnabon but today there was a short hispanic girl at the cash register she was not pleasant at all , i asked her a question about the mini cinnabons and she just looked at me like i was stupid and didn’t answer my question , when i was just like ok ill take it she just said my total looking mad , like first of all why are you mad that im ordering? she didn’t say anything just looked annoyed , she needs to work on her customer service skills. everyone else is great but she’s just terrible. she’s the worst food chain worker i’ve had to talk to. i’m NOT ever coming back JUST because of her. she ruined my whole Cinnabon experience

This is a must for when I go to the mall. I don’t go often but since I was born it’s been a staple for me. The Classic Cinnamon roll is to die for. And the MOA Cinnabon specifically, is the best Cinnabon ive ever had. The space to eat is limited and costs are rising but it’s all worth it. Bonus tip! If you are going to buy more than 2 cinnamon rolls classic size, buy the boxes. Way cheaper per roll.

The rolls are great as always!! but the lemonade not so much and the service was not that great either specially when preparing the food/packaging.
Food is great as with any location. However, the service is just awful. Tried to pay with some gift cards I purchased through Costco. However, I was told you could only use one gift card per day (Costco sells you $75 but in $15 cars increments. Weird I know). The atmosphere is cramped as well. Love Cinnabon but this location is terrible.

never have I tried cinnabon in my life, but I was always curious on whether it was good or not.. you can certainly smell it when you pass anywhere near the store as well, it smells so delicious and after I finally broke, I got some bonbites and ate them all pretty quickly. it was hot and ready and just overall tasted wonderful! I highly recommend this to anyone who want a a little treat whilst you’re at the mall.

Kosher Cinnabons are a rare commodity and this store - in the heart of the mall - provides them efficiently and with good cheer
I bought 2 packs of Cinnabons and the middle of them were doughy !! When I called the store the manager wanted to argue with me and tell me she couldn’t replace them for me and give me some good ones to eat !! What a waste of 70 dollars there !! Called corporate and they also told me they couldn’t do anything either that each store is independently owned and makes their own decisions !! So unless they wanna step up and make this right I recommend no one eating there unless u wanna be eating uncooked dough!!

I would give the price a two star if there was an option for that. The service was great and nice atmosphere at the mall of America. Unfortunately, my Cinnabon was gooey and doughy in the middle so I threw half of it away.
