Great service! He was there when we needed, but courteous and knew we were catching up and didn't want too many interruptions
Our server was VERY good which was refreshing. The chicken, avocado egg rolls never disappoint and the food was seasoned well.
Our servers were great, recommending wines we may not try otherwise and were quick to offer the right foods. Great date night!
The overall experience was great. I rated the food four because my rice was dry and almost burnt, and I could not eat it. My kids enjoyed their meals.
Food is pretty spendy, especially for lunch. It was good, but not as good as it should've been for the money. And the fries weren't very fresh.
Normally we love Crave but this experience wasn't great. Table was gross, where we sat was loud, and the sushi wasn't great. We were disappointed in our visit.
This wasn't simply an excellent meal, it was a phenomenal experience. It feels reductionist to say Michelle was our "server". She was more like a cool dinner party host who has everything under control - spending enough time with us to answer every question, made suggestions, and took care of anything we might have wanted before we knew we wanted it.
We had the tuna lover's sushi platter, and it was really fresh, expertly plated, and the flavor balance on the assorted rolls was on point. If you're not into cilantro, I could see how the Mexican fusion could be problematic on a few of the rolls, but we love cilantro, so it was a real treat.
A bottle of sake' was either a brilliant idea or ill-advised, but we weren't driving, so we think the prior.
Pros: Fresh, bold flavors, hospitality pros
Cons: Price reflects the experience - it's not cheap.

Dude, awesome burger and good drinks! I was looking for a place to sit down while shopping and did two laps around the 3rd floor before I settled on Crave. The hostess got me a spot at the bar quickly, and when I sat down, Sophie came and got my order right away! She was pleasant and very accommodating! Fast service, good drinks and even a warm, wet towel to wipe my hands and mustache while smashing that bison burger! Will be back, and I'm bringing friends!

Amazing place. NEXT level service. Nathan, at the bar is the epitome of 5-star customer service! I came in towards the end of the night and apologized if I was going to keep them late. Instead of treating me poorly, they treated me like I owned the place. I am a bourbon connoisseur and have legitimately dined at some of the finest restaurants in the world with my wife and I'm telling you if you're an owner or manager reading this Nathan could be managing a Michelin Restaurant give that young man a raise or make him manager. He made me one of if not the best old fashioned I've ever had, hot finger towel before my sushi, every part of this experience was phenomenal!

Everything was what you would expect of a 5-star dining experience, but that DOES include the prices.
Food was incredible, portion sizes were decent, service was very friendly and attentive, atmosphere was light and jovial. Honestly, the only thing that got me was the $5 a piece soda refills we didn't even ask for.

The atmosphere and service at the bar were great.
We ordered from the happy hour specials menu.
The only thing I didn't like or appreciate is that they didn't have any more booths or low tables near the bar area, and I am not was not comfortable on the high tops but they wouldn't let us sit at a regular table if we wanted the happy hour specials.
My and my bad back struggled to get on and off the high-top tables.
Other than that, everything else was good.

I went with colleagues and ordered various sharable and starters, but the Platter "Greates Hits" was simply Best Sushi in my life.

We sat at a high top by the bar and had two of the current sushi specials before a flight. Absolutely fantastic rolls! One was the margarita roll, and I believe the other was a rainbow roll, and the Pink Panther? I'm not sure. The margarita roll had little slivers of lime on top and were absolute perfection! Holy moly! I could've eaten 3 of them by myself! You're given warm towels at the beginning of your meal to clean your hands. The server/bartender was super attentive and made great suggestions. Wonderful place! Great ambience! Reserve your seating online, just in case!

5/5 experience. I have been to other locations and already knew I enjoyed crave but the service I experienced at this one this past weekend was unmatched by any restaurant I’ve been to in the last 5+ years. Good prices and great taste too !
