Our server was very friendly and helpful. She checked on us several times throughout the meal. The food service was fast and the food was superb!
My wife and I went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Food was very good. Our server Ann was very friendly and attentive. We have dined here often. Certainly recommend it.
The food was very poor this time and we usually love Crave. Very dissatisfied after such an expensive meal. Will not go back to the MOA Crave.
Love CRAVE. We were at Crave Mall of America, enjoying a quiet reunion (we hadn't seen ea other in 5 yrs). The cocktails were wonderful; I enjoyed Espresso Martinis, my friend had a Cosmo & Lemon Drop Martinis. We opted to split a delicious meal & decided on the Sirloin, med-rare w/Fingerling Potatoes & Broccolini. We also split the Cocoanut Cake for dessert - which was a lovely & tastey treat. The noise level did get a little high & distracting w/other customers-families & crying babies. I don't think that avoidable as Crave is INSIDE a mall. Crave is a higher price point. Crave (in MOA) is easily located on the 3rd floor. Entering thru Macy's (opposite of Crave), it's pretty much a straight forward trek; Crave is right next to the escalator. Our Server was Lucas, who was an absolute Gem!
Our family had an incredible experience at Crave. The food was delicious, flavorful and expertly prepared. The kindness was genuine from our server Tanner and manager Austin. They are impeccable! We are already planning our next visit.
Everything was fine
The atmosphere at CRAVE was lively and welcoming, and our server truly made the experience enjoyable. The drinks were excellent and the birthday brownie was absolutely the highlight. It was rich, warm, and worth returning for. Unfortunately, the food overall didn’t quite match the energy or the price point. The steak frites were underwhelming and the fries were so overly crisp they lost their flavor. Even the chicken avocado eggroll felt off-balance. It’s a beautiful space with great service, but the kitchen missed the mark on several fronts.
The food was pretty good. The service was a bit slow. The waitress could have been a bit better at stopping back.
The reservation process was simple even allowed changes easily. We were seated quickly and served right away. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. We mostly ordered burgers and there was one order of pasta. We did order the Japanese milk bread as an appeitizer. It was brought our quick and piping hot with a side of truffle butter. It was delicious. Thw Wagyu burger is a must try. The veggie burgers also were top notch. The fries were served hot and crunchy as we had asked. The beer selection was good and the two we tried were delicious. On the hole a very positive experience. Crave is a must try at the Mall of the Americas.
We had a wonderful meal at Crave! Our waiter was outstanding, and our meals delicious. Highly recommend!

Food was not edible. They were not even busy as we were there at 4:30pm. Just gross. I dont remember the last time i had such an aweful food experience.
Restaurant wasn't full. My sushi was served without the soy sauce. I had to ask for it then I had to wait until it was served.
Loved every second of it. I've been to almost every single restaurant around MOA. Crave has been my favourite and top rated so far. The atmosphere is great. The service was perfect. The cocktails were so good. Food was top notch. I liked the upscale fancier vibe it has. 110% would recommend
Reservations are a must for a Friday night. While the Mall was not busy, the restaurant was. We were seated immediately and welcomed quickly by the staff. We had smoked manhattans which we smooth and fun. I had miso soup which was new to me. It was delicious. We both had Chicken Stir Fry. A wonderful dish. I forgot to ask to hold the cilantro but it was easy to take most of it off so all was good. We shared the lemon curd cheese cake. Fabulous. We will be happy to dine here again.
Service was pleasant but very slow. Vegetables in Asian Steak were very tough (sliced too far into the stem). Got half a glass of beer (for free) because the keg ran out.
