We had excellent service, the atmosphere is as always, the same and wonderful, and the food was top notch as always! We go here because the ice cream is unmatched by any other competitor, it is truly my favorite! Good job guys!“

“I went to Coldstone today 07/21/25 around 6:30ish. I was greeted by the sweetest worker a little blonde girl with stars on her face. I ordered a Love it Founders Favorite. I will say it did take a little longer to make then I expected but when I got it, it was so good! As I was getting my ice cream I noticed how all the workers would laugh and talk together, which looked like an amazing work environment for them. And the ice cream was a bit pricey but it was SO worth it! Overall looks like a healthy work environment, sweet employees, and very delicious ice cream. I will be coming again:)“

“Had the cheese jalapeno and the pork tamalas. Good flavors and sized well for $3.25. Tried chocolate donut, oreja (palmier), empanadas de piña (pinnapple turnover) and a concha (sweet bread). All pretty good, donuts are huge, could only eat half. Shared the turnover and oreja, was nice and flakey, next time will not share. Picked up some cumin, dried whole cinnamon, and dried chile. Prices are really good and people running store are friendly and helpful.“

“Not sure what the name is for this bakery item, but it is a kind of cheesecake. The texture is moist, soft, not overly sweet, and has some cream cheese flavor. What’s better is the price. Where can you find a good bakery for affordable price nowadays?!

“Phish Food: This flavor was born in 1997 and is named after a Vermont improvisational rock group. A portion of the royalties from the flavor goes toward environmental efforts in Vermont’s Lake Champlain Watershed, which is great since our current government leadership doesn't seem to care about the environment. The pint’s description is chocolate ice cream with gooey marshmallow swirls, caramel swirls, and fudge fish. When I first began digging through my pint I did not see much of the marshmallow swirls. After mining my way through the frozen treat, I finally found a fair amount. The chocolate ice cream is rich and is complemented nicely by a school of fudgy fish that have a flavor edging closer to dark chocolate. Chocolate lovers should be happily satisfied with this one. It’s almost like a double chocolate fudge ice cream because there’s so much chocolate ice cream & fudge fish as compared to the marshmallow and caramel. Speaking of caramel, the caramel swirls do take the flavor up a notch, but they could be more abundant. Caramel is one of my favorite flavors and the combination with the chocolate and fudge reminds me of a frozen candy bar. The marshmallow swirl has a sweet/cream-like flavor. It is not simply marshmallow flavored ice cream, but texturally it is something resembling actual marshmallows, like fluff, and I love it! I wish there was more caramel & marshmallow, but overall I’m impressed. Doughboy approved 😋

“My daughters birthday is in two days and she saw a cake from Cold Stone that she fell in love with that she wanted. I went to order it on-line and it was not offered. I called the location closer to my home in near Rosemount area and was told they no longer make the cake I wanted, was not offered another solution and basically "hung" up. Decided to call the Eagan location and am so glad I did. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ankit, who was extremely helpful. He told me that it is not offered to order on-line but he would be more than happy to make it for me! Went through the process, he made suggestions, offered additonal insight into colors, etc. He was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I won't pick up the cake for a couple days so haven't tasted it, but Ankit deserves a huge thank you and recognition for truly making her birthday special. Thank you.“
