I went with my wife and a friends and our order was “ok” to say the least. The kids working need to not mash the ice cream into a paste. When they do that it’s already melting when you get it. Now I worked here As the manager between 2019 and late 2020 so I know that they can do better than this

Every single person here had such a dull reaction to me walking in , I was skeptical that I might be doing something to offend them . They were not rude but definitely bordered on being very unfriendly. I asked for a taste of the BOO batter and when I liked it ordered it and she made it with cake batter ? when I told her it's not the right flavor she said no that's what you tasted !! excuse me mam , I can differentiate between two ice cream flavors that had such distinct colors...read full review

They have a chocolate almond milk ice cream that is absolutely amazing. You do not need to be lactose intolerant to enjoy this ice cream but if you are then this is something you should try.
