gotta be one of the worst dominos out there lol.food can be decent but if they get your order wrong, good luck getting them on the phone to try and fix it. i spent over 15 minutes ON HOLD once trying to rectify my order that i didn’t recieve because i got someone else’s order. just bad customer service in general.

Ordered on 12/31 nline didn't get our chicken wangs. Called 4 times to be put on hold every time over 12 minutes I hung up and called back. Called Dominoes main #they said they will let you know and that your dominoes would reach out to me. It's 1/4 that's not acceptable for a business to make things right. It took over an hour to get a pizza from a mile away and it was overcooked and cold by the time it got to us. Please reach out to me by email. I would like my money back for the wings and a comp or two online. You should have got my complaint on 1/1 by Dominoes main #. The driver was very nice and professional. Thanks Jordan atleast you got it to us. We ate what was there we were starving by then. Lol

Refused service even though they were still open and had plenty of time
Where do I even start? No one answers the phone, and if they do, they put you back on hold immediately. I’ve been waiting on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone about my delivery, which arrived completely uncooked. It already took forever to get here in the first place. I ended up going to the restaurant next door instead. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Domino’s location. Do better. Thanks for ruining Domino’s for me—never again.

Delivered our pizza and was less than impressive with zero customer service.
We are staying at a hotel and didn't get any plates or napkins or anything. Worst dominos I've ever experienced as far as service. Usually when a store sees a hotel address delivery the bring the extras knowing these maybe needed.

11/9/24 10:58pm order pizza online said it would take 20-35 mins Followed it on-line 11:09 pm it was out of the oven. 11:37 - pizza was now late and changed to 35-42 mins. Signed up for driver alerts as I need to meet the drive - signed up for a 4 min advanced alert 11:38 - received text delivery was on its way 12:06 am - pizza was delivered- wrong pizza was delivered and store closed at 12 to rectify this, Ordered a specify pizza and received a one topping pizza Tried calling store twice and after 30 mins I have hung up each time.

People were nice but when I got home I discovered my pizza was messed up I asked for green olive and chicken so I called to get it fixed when I called one person answered I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and no one still answered I feel disrespected and ignored and I didn't even get to eat pizza I wasted my money my wife ate half and I got nothing
