We stopped for lunch yesterday on our way home to Minot. Staff was very friendly, great atmosphere and the food was awesome. We definitely recommend and will be going back the next time we’re in Bismarck.

Bismarck ND restaurant. I have been to the Brazilian Steakhouse in Sioux Falls SD, so this isn't the first one. My initial visit to the Bismarck restaurant was good. The salad bar is so so, much smaller than the one in Sioux Falls, but OK. The bread brought to the table was very good at this visit. The potato puree was cold and they replaced it. The chicken was dry but all other meats were good. The hot bar was ok, nothing special. About 2 weeks later I visited again with another family member. This visit wasn't so great. Soup was cold. Bread was chewy, even when they brought some fresh from the oven, not near as good as the first visit. Some of the meats were very good, others not great. At $55 per person, this was not a $55 meal or experience. It will be a long time before I go again if at all. In a smaller population area, you have got to be the best every time or at those prices, your business will not succeed. I did leave my concerns in writing along with a phone number, but no one got back to me. Another negative for the restaurant.

This was the best Brazilian steakhouse we've been to. We've tried several of the other restaurants in the metro over the years and this place beats them all easily. Salad bar was fresh and had lots of variety, the meats were amazing, staff were all so helpful and kind. Absolutely going back!

This is the place to come for birthdays and larger gatherings. My family and friends always come here and it’s so good. Service, food, and atmosphere is top tier. Way better than fogo de chao and bullvinos. Love it here!!!

Food was great. Bottom sirloin and garlic beef took best cut of the night. Filet was very good as well. Salad bar was fresh and a good selection. Was impressed. Liked it much better than Bullvinos and have not been to Fogo in so long that I can't really compare, but it would definitely compete from what I recall. Servers were very friendly. Meat was good temperature too. Pineapple gets a special mention because it was AWESOME. Make sure you get a side of chimichurri. Wife said the lamb was a top cut as well. Only complaint was mashed potatoes tasted like powdered and they don't tell you the sparkling water costs extra before they bring it to the table to offer that or regular water. They did give us a complimentary desert for our anniversary which was nice with a 3 dollar upcharge for the flaming cheesecake, which was very good.
Parking: Splits lot with a hotel that is sectioned off but likely not being followed as a rule.
