The billing is a bit bizarre. If you are going to include gratuity do it on the initial bill, not just after you run the card, then still listing recommended gratuity right after with zero mention gratuity was already added. Shady business practice. Also, asked why we were there and mentioned daughter's birthday. Don't offer to provide dessert and then charge for it. Just don't offer. Food was very good but extremely challenging to get picanha, beef ribs, or ribeye to table. Had to ask twice just to get one of them. Don't just bring chicken, pineapple, and sausage over and over. Charge more if it's a cost issue and make sure tables get what they want and came for. Food that did come around was great, salad bar very good, but can't say we will be back as this is now back to back experiences that were less than desirable.

Excellent meat quality, excellent roasted pineapple, excellent crunchy grapes at the salad bar. Better than the salty Fogo De Chao in the Philadelphia area. Food here tastes healthier and is less salty. Only complaint is the olive kale salad was very salad

I took my 2 daughters and at 1st it was very overwhelming and 1 daughters anxiety kicked in
but after a few minutes she was settled in and was thoroughly enjoying herself. we enjoyed watching the gaucho chefs running back and forth with the meat and grilled pineapple. overall, it was a very festive time.And we celebrated my 1 daughter's 16th birthday.There , as well , and it was awesome.

Servers were very attentive and on top of things. The salad bar food was very fresh and there was a great variety. All of the meats we tried were flavorful and high quality. We did feel a bit rushed though, at one point during the meal our napkins somehow disappeared, even though we obviously weren't done and the nothing else had been cleared from the table. However, overall it was a good experience.

I was an advocate of this place but food quality and service has been declining. Went in two days ago for my birthday dinner. Service felt rushed. Salad bar was scarce and vegetables were old. Meats were not up to quality from previous times I’ve been there. One of the waiters with glasses and a pony tail kept making snarky remarks that my table was eating too much. I asked for a new plate and utensils and got an attitude, plate and utensils thrown down in front of me. Never got to ask if I wanted dessert for my birthday or to use my Groupon. Both were mentioned a few times during the service. Check came out hastily and we never got asked if we wanted to split. Seemed like they wanted us to leave even when the restaurant was not busy. Maybe 4 tables around us. Called that same night to see if anything could be done for the poor experience. Still waiting on a call from the manager..
