The billing is a bit bizarre. If you are going to include gratuity do it on the initial bill, not just after you run the card, then still listing recommended gratuity right after with zero mention gratuity was already added. Shady business practice. Also, asked why we were there and mentioned daughter's birthday. Don't offer to provide dessert and then charge for it. Just don't offer. Food was very good but extremely challenging to get picanha, beef ribs, or ribeye...
Nothing I can say here will describe how good the meat is. The service is exemplary and at your chosen speed. Eat until your heart is content and then go walk it off at the Mall of America next door.
Excellent meat quality, excellent roasted pineapple, excellent crunchy grapes at the salad bar. Better than the salty Fogo De Chao in the Philadelphia area. Food here tastes healthier and is less salty. Only complaint is the olive kale salad was very salad
