Bussin Birria is located in the food court of the mall. Ordering is via kiosk and the menu to view beforehand requires you to scan a QR code. The kiosk was quick but would have loved human intelligence to ask questions since it was our first time. 6 tacos and 2 sodas were $34 so to me that was pricey for basic tacos. The tacos were okay but I wouldn't go back.

the quality seems to diminish every time i visit. when this place first opened, the quesabirria tacos were very tasty and sufficiently satiated my taco cravings. they were the orange color they should be. i started to notice as i kept ordering from them that the tortillas came out greasy and they started to look more yellow than orange. today i went the tacos were significantly smaller than the previous times i came to this place, and the tortillas looked like they weren’t coated in consome at all!! the first photo is one of the earlier times i went to this place, and the second is a picture of the quesabirria tacos i had today. the third photo shows how little consome they gave us today. the consome cups used to be bigger and held more. they still charge the same amount, if not more too. safe to say i’m disappointed in this shift in quality and will no longer be coming here.

I hate leaving this review because I used to absolutely love this place. The portions, quality, taste and service were all perfection and my friends and I would frequently come here to eat.Every time I come back, something else has been removed from the menu (even though it's still being displayed on their digitizing menu that plays behind the counter).They're down to tacos. Very, very tiny tacos with barely any cheese that are crazy overpriced for what they are.My girlfriend and I both joked that the next time (honestly, there won't be at this point) we came back, they'd just have consomme on the menu.Seriously, what's up?
