I waited 20 min for a curbside order. When I went in to ask about it, the worker at the register was extremely rude about it. I found my order sitting behind the counter where they make the food. It appeared that they had no plans to get me my order. Very upsetting. They were short on staff, but there is no excuse for being that rude.

I ordered a sandwich and when I went to grab it, it was rock hard. I got 3 bites into when i decided my jaw was more important than the almost $20 i spent on one meal. This is now the second time i’ve ordered from here and ended up throwing away the sandwich. not coming back.

I waited for my order to arrive for AN HOUR before finally calling the store to see where it was. The guy on the other end of the phone said “oh shit, it’ll be there in 15 minutes” then proceeded to hang up on me. When it finally arrived I noticed that it is on bread that’s hard as a fricken rock. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will NOT be ordering from this location again. An hour and 15 minutes is a joke to have to wait for a sandwich that was obviously forgotten about by your employees. And I was never offered compensation of any kind. Do better.

I just picked up a Little John Vito and was totally disappointed in the size of it! For almost $6 it was about a quarter of the size of the last one I bought about a week ago.i could have gotten 2 Whooper Juniors for $5. Not sure why I didn't! Needless to say, I won't be going back!

We ordered delivery because we needed a quick dinner, and Jimmy John's used to be all about fast delivery. Got a text with tracking for Uber Eats and a nearly 45 minute delivery estimate. Dunno what happened to "we'll never use third party delivery" but it's sad to see Jimmy John's going downhill. If I wanted slow delivery of food that had been sitting for half an hour I would have just ordered Uber in the first place.

Shawn is AWESOME!!! Here 2 weekends in a row for hockey and came back again this Sunday because of the upbeat service Shawn brings to the store. Highly recommend.
Alexis was very disrespectful and none coherent enough to say that we did not ask for a giant sandwich while she sat on her phone in front of the counter while taking an order. And still gave us the wrong order.I heard my partner and she insisted that she never said anything. Never coming to this jimmy johns again very bad customer service.

ZERO stars for the guy who just answered the phone at 8 pm on July 28, 2024. First I call last week at 8:15 and they had no delivery drivers. I call at 8 pm today and he tells me they are out of bread!!!! His exact words were "why make more when we close in a hour". He then said "well maybe you shouldn't call a hour before we close if you want food!" I almost lost it!!! So I guess they don't want business..?!?! I asked him if he realizes that other people eat at different times especially when they work different hours! How absolutely rude and disgusting he was!! Just a idea to management: FIRE the people there since almost all the reviews talk about how Rude and Disrespectful your staff is. Also playing disgusting music in front of kids?! If I close my eyes I can picture exactly what your staff look like and how they act all the time.
