This location was clean, fast and the staff was really pleasant. Very convenient for a stop heading to the airport and really easy access from 494 on and off. This is a great stop for gas on the way as well. It will be a little cheaper at this exit than at the airport. Highly recommend.

I've had issues with my order from this same store the last 3 times I've ordered from here (unfortunately it's the closest store that delivers to me). Most recently, I ordered delivery from this location on February 27, 2024. My sandwich arrived with a GAPING HOLE in it! Literally, right in the middle of the sandwich (see photo) - it looked like someone took a bite out of it, which was so unappetizing I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it! Why would this not have been remade before sending it out to me?? I tried to contact JJs to at least get a refund (and maybe a sorry for the inconvenience and disgusting presentation!?) and it has just been one excuse after another by all involved. Clearly the owner doesn’t care about how horribly this store represents JJs because in addition to submitting the Feedback form to JJs the same day of the order, I have contacted customer service by phone twice now to get some kind of acknowledgement (and a refund!) and have received NO follow-up communication! Nothing. What an utter disappointment and waste of time. I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s now been days since my most recent contact and have heard nothing, so clearly they just don’t care. At all. This location is an embarrassment to the JJs brand - do not ever go here!!!!!! I cannot tell you enough!

I ordered a sandwich on Sunday night and an hour later I decided to call the restaurant. I was told by an employee that they stopped delivering for the night. So I asked what about the order that I’ve been waiting on for over an hour. I will spare the incompetance. Please just go to Jersey Mikes or any other sandwich place and you won’t have to beg them to re-imburse you. I am still looking for my $20 that they charged me for the sandwich and tip they never delivered. Stay away from the Jimmy John’s on Portland in Bloomington…
Ordered through door dash. Someone from their actually store called and said that they wouldn’t be able to get the order out because they don’t have a delivery driver. When this writer stated they ordered through door dash, the person on the other side stated, as if they were confused ,“I don’t know why they let you order, but they don’t come here and I’m not going to be here when they get here” trash.

Got to Minnesota late Sunday night and decided to order a sandwich from Jimmy Johns. I got on line with the Jimmy Johns app and ordered the sandwich for delivery and added a nice tip. Over an hour later I have no food. I call them to see if my food is in route and they told me that they do not deliver after a certain time. I placed the order at 6:50 PM. I asked why the app took the order and charged my card. I was told that at the end of the night whatever food that was not delivered would be subject to an automatic refund. This is NO joke. I called Jimmy Johns customer service line and it got worse, I will spare you. Save yourself a headache. Find a Jersey' Mikes and save yourself a headache. I cannot believe I'm reviewing a Jimmy John's but honestly it was so gross, I have to. I ordered a veggie unwich add turkey and add whatever veggies extra I could get because I'm on a diet and counting calories but want to be full. (Mind you the veggie unwich doesn't have mayo and has avocado spread) The guy told me to get some other sandwich that is supposedly the same thing. It was nothing like what I wanted. It didn't even have avocado spread and instead was just cheese turkey cucumber and an obscene amount of Mayo. It was disgusting. And the lettuce wrap was brown. I get it that it's fast food but for 10$ I would've liked at least something I asked for. Gross.

This location never delivers on time. I work in a school and over the past year 95% of the time when teachers order, the meal isn't here on time. It is so frustrating for teachers with a set lunch break to not get their food.. My meal today was 45 minutes late. When you call the store they do not answer the phone.

There are plenty of better Jimmy John's out there and it's a low bar to clear. I would suggest avoiding this place. Service was ok, but the workers were talking really loudly and the empty tables were covered in food and wrappers. I ordered takeout and wouldn't have stayed anyways.
