The clam basket that I ordered was delicious. They did a wonderful job frying it to a perfect crunch. The hushpuppies were a great texture. I got Mac and Cheese as well, it was good for fast food. Employees were not overly welcoming or friendly, but they were busy doing their job. It took awhile to get my order, and there wasn't a long line, so I like to think that my food was being freshly prepared and not necessarily just sitting under warmers. They are a little on the expensive side.

We ate here 1/5/24 and had a lot of food, we ordered twice actually. The first time the chicken came out very small, thin and tiny. We had 8 peices like this. The second time we go up not even 20 minutes later and the chicken comes out big, thick, and chunky(as it should be) these chickens look like they came from two different restaurants! Very upsetting as we spent near $100 on dinner here tonight.

Sadly this is the only LJS in Minnesota so it’s always a drive to get some delicious food. I grew up on Long John Silvers so it a food I need. This location has great workers and the food is always good! Just sucks that it’s at MOA; it’s not a quick in and out with the crowds.

Shared a plate with a friend. The fish and chicken are delicious. The breading is crispy and delicious. The fish and chicken are not overly oily even though they are deep fried. The fries were good, not overly salted like so many places. You get a lot of food for your money here. Next time I am in the mall I will stop again.

Super slow service. They need more people. My friend walked around the entire food court and ordered from a different place and still beat me to the seat.
Worst fish fried ever.... salty greasy rectangular fish. Sides were terrible. Waste of money.

Had an early dinner at Long John Silver's at the Mall of America today. First off, the people taking our order were rude. As for the food, it was exactly as I remember from CA. It was freshly made to order so everything was piping hot... real good. They actually had malt vinegar, always a must for fish in my house! So 4.1 stars for this place. I would suggest the folks taking the order were more polite.
