Food was good and prepared in a decent amount of time. The cashier wouldn't give us refills on our drinks. We only had the original purchased drink. Didn't get our order correct and forgot to give us sauces not once not twice but three times... They were not short handed as most employees were standing around talking including the manager. It was basically empty as well.

I am just sick of this McDonald's..I went there for the rib sandwich ..IT WAS COLD !! ONIONS WERE CHOPPED HUGE ,NOT DICED.AND THE MEAT WAS COLD ALL THE WAY THROUGH NOW I JUST LIVE a half mile from here But I use a hot bag and just put in and close anyway the fries were not fresh neither .just a really really bad experience ,my husband ordered a double cheeseburger meal and I think I'm giving this place a break for while .I could of got back in the car and returned it all but why? I worked all day the last thing either one of us wanted to do was to get dressed and go back outside.thats why we ordered our dinner instead of making it. So I'm venting and I hope anyone else who has had bad orders from this McDonald's in Bloomington off of Nicolet and American Blvd .speak up tell them ! They might read these and change idk ..have a blessed evening .
