This is my 3rd visit at this specific McDonald’s location, & the customer service has always been a hit or miss. Unfortunately, 90% of the staff members don’t speak English very well, which makes things a little difficult when there’s a concern w/the order etc. I VERY calmly requested that my milkshake be remade due to poor consistency and the window greeter response (very dryly) “well idk why it’s like that,” didn’t offer to correct the concern or anything! Then he shut the window & explained it to the manager who rolled her eyes and remade it. I was asked to pull forward, but something told me not to. Anyhow, eat there at your own risk. 🫤

Of the the filthiest McDonald's ive been to in recent memory. A shame, the outside makes it one of the coolest in the twin cities.
in the 45 minutes we were there no one cleaned the tables nor the littered floor.
No napkins.
No ketchup.

i come here every sunday with my family because this is our closest mcdonalds near us and i enjoy the food, a certain worker there named javier and miguel im sure thats his name are the WORST i dread getting them very disrespectful towards costumers ( seen this many times) and if they can't understand you just ignore you and walk away mostly javier, this buisness would thrive without them, would not recomend when they are working.

O my days I have been on this earth for 20+ years and I have to say this is the worst McDonald's restaurant the staff have horrible attitude they act like they don't even want to work, dirty disgusting floors long waiting times and let's not even get started with the food. The burger was under cooked and they was so much ice in my cup. The fresh fries tased like cement dry and hard it was so bad that I tried to get a refund and the manager said I must get lost I'm am truly disappointed in this McDonald's

The food was made quickly, hot, and definitely ready to eat. Lovely customer service. And their McDonald app literally is very helpful. Love It!

Food was good and prepared in a decent amount of time. The cashier wouldn't give us refills on our drinks. We only had the original purchased drink. Didn't get our order correct and forgot to give us sauces not once not twice but three times... They were not short handed as most employees were standing around talking including the manager. It was basically empty as well.
