Maybe it's just me, but unfortunately, I get disappointed every time I go. The food gets worse, and/or the prices get higher, so I don't even want to order what I really want.

It was good over all but every McDonald's I've gone inside no matter where I am there's no service at the counter! I don't like using that kiosk and I don't usually use the app! When my son and I went in we stood at the counter for 5 minutes no one asked if needed help. We sat down and order from the app! I just don't like having to do it myself cuz I'm not on the clock or getting paid just like self check out! Other then that the food was good...

I was short a few cents and the cashier helped me out. My family and I hadn't eaten all day and struggled financially before the holidays for even a small meal. Her generosity ensured I would continue to come to McDonald's. Thank you!
