I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up I was told it wasn’t in the system. When I said I got a receipt and the charge shows on my bank I was talked down to and the person refused to look at my proof. They said that because it didn’t exist in the system there is no way I would be charged. So the only way to get the order was to order it there in the drive thru and pay for it. They have chocolate ice cream =) Outside of that, everything taste great, as usual!
