Chipotle was at one time an icon for a burrito. It quickly took the place of the sit down Mexican lunch. As they have evolved, they have continuously tried new things. New flavors. Sometimes those things were great, such as the chicken Al Pastor. However, all I want is to have excellent guacamole, and chips that are not stale. The last 3 times I have had it there, the guacamole was made incorrectly. It had no flavor at all, and the chips were very stale. Very disappointing.
We stopped at this Chipotle heading home from Valleyfair. We have visited many different chipotle restaurants and this by far has been our favorite to date. Everyone was nice and personable, the restaurant was clean, and the food was great!
